I've banked here since 2011 . Today my card was unauthorized when I tried to get gas. I'm on vacation with kids I didn't have any cash on me. So I couldn't get gas. Keep in mind we're in Orlando is already 90' I call Wells Fargo to see why my card didn't work. They offer me a new card that take 7 days. But why did they turn off my card without my authorization.? I tell them I need the card that I have to work . I don't understand stand why the shut down my card but I give them permission to fix the one I have.They can't explain why the shut it off or why I can't use it. By far the worst customer service experience.

Forgot ATM card at drive thru and rcvd a call from Bank in next 5 minutes to come back and pick it up. V well appreciated.

We came to open an account . I couldn't believe how Mira kafadarov made such an easy process so unpleasant. Very rude lady !!! And she kept asking us " what are you trying to accomplish?" Ahhh open an account duhhhhh!!! Learn to listen .

The worst customer service ever, after standing in line for over 30 min while other reps stand around and talk about what they over the weekend, for an advance on my credit card, the rep was useless and said my card declined, I walked right outside and pulled it right out of their atm! Relieved this isn't my bank.

Non English speaking branch. Everyone was speaking Spanish the whole time and took 35 minutes to make deposit when I was the only person inside bc the helped the cars before servicing the counter.

Nobody ever picks up the phone at this location. Also Wells Fargo became a very bad bank with the poor customer service
