I spent so much money with west elm. To have them not helpMe put heavy items in my truck when I tell themI have a recent back injury while I’m parked in the handicap spot , surprises me. They are quick to take your money.but good luck finding compassion at this store or maybe common sense . God bless the nice cashier, bless her heart who offered to lift it but I’d be damned letting a lady lift anything heavy . The grown man who brought it to her should have helped . Shame on the blind manager of this store for not training associates to provide proper assistance for folks with handicaps. The irony is there was a sales rep in a ADA chair working . SMH .

I can't imagine west elm will be around too much longer. Anyone whos bought from them knows how unreliable they are. How ridiculous the wait times for delivery are. Their merchandise is too expensive to take the risk on shopping with them. How many months will it take them to deliver even a planter to you? Will that expensive couch end up backordered and delayed even though they gave you no warning during checkout? Who knows!? Roll the dice!

DO NOT BUY FROM WEST ELM OR ANY OF THEIR SISTER COMPANIES.It took 2 months to get our items. The coffee table was damaged and returned with the delivery people. They didn't even take it out the box. The online order status shows "return complete" but I still havnt received my money back. Please look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This store is an utter joke. Charged my card wrong. Apparently lied about inventory on hand. Promised it would take a month to deliver in stock items. Two months later they're just making excuses about that. The stuff that had to be special ordered is supposed to take months. I can only imagine how long THAT would take. Zero tracking, zero accountability, and they won't refund my money! Every time I call or go to the store to get an update or figure out when my items will be delivered, they make excuses and lie that delivery will be scheduled soon. Read the reviews here, and then Google search "West Elm shipping delays" and read the horror shows for this company. Absolutely a bad faith company in business. Buy your furniture anywhere else!

I placed this order six weeks ago, expecting it to be delivered in the next week or two. When I checked the tracking, it said that the order had been canceled. When I called customer service, they apologized and said the supplier was unable to fulfill the order, so they just canceled it now I have waited six weeks and I have no couch. It’s a good thing. I didn’t give away my old one.

I love to roam around West Elm when I need some good home inspiration. While most of their larger furniture pieces are way out of my budget, I have found quite a few little knick knacky things over the years for my house. They always have some good vase options which I was collecting regularly at one point. I also really enjoy their kitchenware and we just recently replaced all of our everyday drinking glasses with their fluted collection. I am obsessed!I like to visit West Elm as the holidays are approaching because I've always been a fan of their Christmas & seasonal decor. I have scored some pretty good finds in their discounted sale section, especially right after a holiday ends and anything left over gets marked down. Shopping the sales is the way to go at West Elm.This particular location by Mall at Millenia used to host some fun events & workshops (not sure if they still do that), but we were even able to get our holiday portraits taken there one year in a really cute little styled vignette.The staff is always really friendly and helpful (even if I walk out of there without buying something 90% of the time). I do love how every West Elm is different and and each has its own vibe, so you can always get inspired by something new.

After ordering a sofa and getting months of run around from different departments I was finally able to get someone to admit it was never arriving and get a refund. Such a waste of time. Customer service in store was about the same.

RUDE & Pretentious. I'm sorry... do you work at a high end furniture store where you can look down your nose at people, or do you work at West Elm. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at West Elm, as I am a designer and my husband is a commercial builder and has a trade account with West Elm for his business. We frequent the Dumbo, Brooklyn location and they are amazing-- even know us by name. We walked in and the woman could barely look up from her computer to address us. It felt as if she was judging us by he second we walked in the door. I could say so much more, but I won't. Worst west elm experience I've ever had. This location should be evaluated by higher ups at corporate.

What a high-end furniture store!I came in looking for a new couch, they don't have many options for sectionals that recline. Bessie the couches, they had very nice bedroom sets and I heard that even though it's super expensive, it lasts forever.Looks like West Elm takes quality very seriously. I love the silverware and the throw pillows they sale and I think I might be back in future!

After a Zoom meeting with West Elm's designer, during which they promised to send three proposals for my consideration, I've not received any communication from them. Despite the passing of six months since our initial discussion, I chose not to initiate contact again. Interestingly, The Article's designer promptly presented a splendid proposal showcasing their furniture, which I subsequently decided to purchase. The Article, an online furniture company, prioritizes its customers' satisfaction. Hey West Elm, your service quality has been disappointing.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. My designer, Alyssa, created such fabulous office spaces for my husband's company. There were so many people pitching in to help on install day, I didn't have to lift a finger. I get compliments from everyone on the beautiful spaces. Just perfect!

Super frustrated with this company who I have bought multiple other expensive pieces of furniture from in the past, they just dropped the ball on this. I ordered a buffet table a month ago on sale super excited me and my fiancé had been looking at it for months. And it matched out dining room table we bought from them perfectly. Hoping it was going to come in before her birthday party nope it got pushed back another 2 weeks, no prob after that I saw on their tracking app nothing had moved I decided to call. The guy on the phone helped me learn that it in fact never got put on a truck and nobody had put in a reorder so nothing was ever going to happen if I didn’t call. Ok no prob put in the order. Sorry Unfortunately that item is no longer available and I’m just going to issue you a refund. Absolutely not!!! i have been waiting over a month and finally found something me and my fiancé agreed on and matched with our current decor. Their idea of compensation was a10% discount off my future order of only a buffet table from them and the only other buffet that’s comparable and matches my dining room table is in 1000$ more because it is not on sale like the one I chose originally. It seems they just hook you in by putting something on sale to get you interested then hope you forget about it so they don’t have to issue a refund and then flip the switch and tell you go ahead and spend more money with us sorry it’s not available any more. Don’t buy anything on sale from them because it most likely won’t come in and you will be forced to spend more money and nobody will ever contact you about it.

The worker named Claudia was incredibly rude and seemed to only care about the sale. She tried to sell us a chipped and broken item and when we asked if we could get any type of discount she said "no we don't do that". We love west elm but this location is most definitely under staffed and over worked.

I went in with my son who was looking to buy a leather sofa. I was very surprised that we were not greeted or offered assistance. Since we had no assistance, we searched the West Elm website while we were there, and found out that sofas he was interested in were at least 4 months out on delivery. He purchased a sofa from Ballard Designs instead.

Was totally misled on the delivery. After two weeks the items still were not ready to be scheduled. I had called prior to actually placing the order to ensure that the time frame was accurate, and they stated that it was. However, when I called 15 days later I was informed that the delivery process was completely different, and would be a least two more weeks. I am giving them two stars as they refunded my money without any fuss. Really disappointed , I did like the items I ordered, but since I actually never got to see them I cannot comment on the furniture.
