Needed some supplies after checking into the hotel. They didn't have a ton of what we needed, but still had the most important things. Staff is a little slow, but we were able to buy some of the most important things that you need to survive. Overall, it served my goal.

I am still getting used to the many differences between California, and Florida. Walgreens having a liquor store is one of them. The portion of Walgreens that sells the liquor, is not small. It was surprising quite large. It was not a limited amount of choices. It actually had aisles, and refrigerated areas of hard alcohol. This is a great alternative to looking for just a regular liquor store.

Love getting sick on a mini-getaway. Love that. Received a medical consultation and had a prescription called in to the nearest Wal-Greens. There is no pharmacy on Disney property but there is one 3 miles from Disney Springs. I'll take it. The prescription was called in early in the morning, the pharmacy opened at 9am. Understanding how pharmacies work, I gave it until about 11am and called the Wal-Greens to get an update. The automated system said they were working on my order at that very moment and should check back in an hour. I waited until 1:30pm, called again, same message. Called again at 3pm, same message. I decided to wing it and just go there. The store is clean, the employees are friendly, and shelves are stocked well. Two stars for them! I trot back to the pharmacy, report my name & phone number, the pharmacy tech says, your insurance isn't up-to-date so we didn't fill it. No call. Nothing. I said go ahead and fill it, I can give you my insurance card, I'd be willing to pay for it without the insurance at this point! I didn't realize how lucky I was for my pharmacy at home to call me when there's an issue. This pharmacy just decided for me that they weren't going to fill it. It's a little appalling. 10-minutes later, the prescription is filled. I would personally not return to this Walgreens. I would find any other pharmacy in the area and head to that one in times of need.

Stopped into the Walgreens liquor store on a recent Orlando stay at Disney World. Despite being higher priced than some other liquor stores, this place was not only convenient, but substantially lower in price than my Hilton at Bonnet Creek. Polite and friendly service - the manager was nice enough not to card me, stating that my grey hair qualifies me for purchase of spirits. Nice guy, I said to myself... Clean store, friendly staff, and plenty of sale items. Using my rewards card, I saved on my purchase and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. William E. Lewis Jr. Vero Beach, Florida

I am an out of town visitor and need to have a prescription filled. The concierge at my hotel gave me the contact info for this pharmacy. I looked at their website and confirmed they were open 24 hours/day and the pharmacy was indeed open as well. My physician sent in the prescription. 3 hours later I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready. After providing my information, the automated system said they were working on it at that time and to check back in an hour. I took an Uber to the location and, while the store was open, the pharmacy was closed. The cashier said this happened all the time and that the website info was incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager who said their pharmacy had closed at 7 pm on Fridays and would not reopen UNTIL MONDAY! The manager said I was in the wrong and there was nothing he could do. He did not offer to help me find another Walgreens for Rx transfer. He did not accept ANY responsibility for the incorrect website or the automated system. He didn't even apologize for my inconvenience when I had been attempting to patronize his business. I requested reimbursement for my Uber. He agreed. When I asked where to email the receipt, he said I had to give him a paper receipt and then he would give me cash. Think about that. He was asking me to take my Uber back to the hotel. Find a place to print the receipt, and then take another Uber on my own dime to give him the paper receipt for the first trip...when I was incurring another Uber charge. When I pointed out his stores extremely poor customer service, he shrugged his shoulders, said there wasn't anything he could do, and that this was my problem! I still do not have my needed medicine. I will need to find another pharmacy tomorrow, have them find the Rx and fill it...then I will need to leave my business conference to Uber to that pharmacy in hopes of getting the needed medicine. My only recourse at this point will be to complain to Walgreen corporate. And may karma respond to this manager's actions, or lack thereof, 100-fold!

This Walgreens is tourist central, and never has been helpful for this local. I live near this Walgreens and I've always wanted to be able to visit it for normal things, like typical foods/convenience items/ photo. However, the store is totally aimed at tourists. Sunscreen, towels, and off brand Disney gear. My photo orders have never been ready on time (literally, never), and the cashiers are rude and rushed. Skip this Walgreens, especially if you're a local.

I'm not sure if this Walgreens is understaffed but every time I visit I have a poor experience. I went to go pick up my contact lenses at the store, and it took them 20 minutes to tell me at the pharmacy drive-thru that they didn't have them there yet. Later on, I went to the front desk to get them and the woman still didn't know what I was talking about. After 10 minutes of explaining, I finally got my contacts. Secondly, the drive-thru area is always blocked by a tractor trailer & the wait is insane to get the prescriptions I need. I'm currently waiting in my car to pick up prescriptions (once again) and it's already been 10 minutes. Wish me luck. Don't order your medications here if you need them in a decent amount of time.

Walgreens carries a decent variety of items when needed such as pharmaceuticals, small household needs, and even pet supplies. Their photo center is also not bad. I do not tend to typically come in here too often as I do prefer CVS. Although Walgreens offers deals and promotions, I find CVS offering more. Also, they do not carry as many items/different varieties as CVS either. Walgreens is good if you need something basic and fast. The only thing I can say about liking this chain over CVS, is the fact that they always carry fresh flowers, otherwise, it's not my favorite pharmacy/store chain.

This is by far the best Walgreens I've ever been to, seriously! They offer everything you can think of here and right down the street from all the resorts, Disney World, and Disney Springs area! The location was very organized, clean, and had great customer service. We were staying at the Buena Vista resort for a small staycation and I totally forgotten to purchase index cards at 12:30am! Who does that? Me of course! We were having a major event at the resort and breakfast in the morning and the closest Walmart google maps informed me of was about 25 miles away. No sir, I wasn't traveling that far! This location was very clean and busy for almost 1 AM but they were splendid. I heard about 4 international languages so I can only assume they were tourists adjusting to the time zone. I mean who goes grocery shopping at 1 AM at a Walgreens? Great spot and great setup, I'll recommend to anyone, they even have cold cut meats and fresh fruit, it's like a mini Walmart!

I usually don't shop at Walgreens before 6:00 AM but thankfully they were open. After grabbing a latte at a nearby Starbucks heading to a meeting in downtown Orlando I noticed that the barista failed to secure the plastic lid on the recyclable paper cup right at the sip hole and my coffee leaked onto my freshly pressed white shirt. My first instinct was to turn around and drive back to Starbucks to show the genius the impact of her inept actions but there was no time for that plus it would of been pointless I'm sure and once I found this Walgreens I had already changed my focus to the task at hand - the lovely lady running the register directed me to the aisle where the Tide Pens were so crisis resolved. The store was very clean - the staff was pleasant and helpful and it's seems the price was right as if I would of cared at that point...

Got sick while on vacation and came here to pick up a prescription. My info was already in the system so getting my prescription was a breeze. I wish my pharmacy at home was this efficient and this clean.

The chipwich was a delectible treat, although they did not have my favorite brand of the Blue Bunny, I am not complaining. All the haters out there at this Walgreens establishment should try one themselves and then try to give this wonderful building under 3 stars. Well done.

Wow. I guess for the convenience of being 24 hours the service just goes out of the window. The matronly lady working the late shift (3 am) is rude as f**** ((Her name is Jo and I made her aware of her lack of curtesy and respect to the clients and she completely ignored me.)) She not only was rude to me, she was rude to a young male employee in front of clients (unprofessional) and to two young female tourist asking for help finding products (I helped them because she could not be bothered at all). All of this nasty behavior from her in 10-15 mnts....imagine how many people she ostracizes from this store within her entire shift?!!! I won't be back. Ever. And I'm a local.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you're trying to call them to check on your medication you might as well just go in store. Their service on the phone is absolutely terrible! I was put on hold for such a long time I went to another one in the area. Extremely disappointed and don't recommend.

No on so many levels! I live across the street and would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Walmart.
