Since this location is closing permanently I wanted to refill my prescription before it closed not to mention the fact that I ran out of said prescription. I ordered it through the automated system today and was told it would be ready after 1:00 p.m. They close from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. for lunch so I made sure to get there prior to 1:30 p.m. but after 1:00 p.m. only to not be able to be helped because the two people that were supposed to be working there were not. Even if something was an emergency they should have called their who had prescriptions set to be ready today. I completely wasted my time traveling all the way to Hiawassee from downtown on my lunch break when I could have been doing other things including working instead. This entire trip was for the sole purpose of picking up my prescription. Not surprised this location is closing as they have been a hot mess since day one but the price was good so I dealt with it until today. Don't waste your time even trying this place before they close and let me say good riddance

They have no idea what they are doing. The line was full of frustrated customers, and told repeatedly when something didn't make sense that, "well, they are closing this location." Don't try and use Good RX here without an attitude and dismissal either. Absolute waste of time.

The Male pharmacist who has an accent is very impatient. I asked him about a specific medication and whether or not they accept the Good RX coupon and he was in such a rush he said "yes yes" but when my son got there they did not even have the medication. The purpose of my call was to avoid this exact problem. He gave horrible customer service. I would prefer to wait on hold to have my question properly answered than to receive misinformation. Someone with an eye infection does not want to drive to a pharmacy for no reason. Ugh.

Ben, the pharmacy manager, is apparently not on the same page as his employees. A pharmacist told me they ordered a prescription on Wednesday and that it would be in on Friday. On Friday I called to see if it was in and Ben told me they haven't had the medication in over a year and can't order it, then hung up on me. I called back for clarification, asking if I should just have it sent somewhere else, as I know this medication is readily available to order and I've never had an issue in the 10+ years I've been on it, and he told me "I can't tell you what to do", which was basically him saying they won't order it and can't help me, despite holding my prescription for 3 days first. I should've trusted my gut and not had the script sent here but it's the closest pharmacy to my house and I thought it would be nice to patronize a local pharmacy instead of a big corporate pharmacy like CVS. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else.

I am pulling my businees form this Pharmacy. The phone system is terrible and the lady answering the phone today is super rude absolutely no compassion at all just right to hold. So rude. One of my scripts I can't do online or with the phone so I have to get a hold of a pharmacist every month. This takes an hour out of my day and if I don't call my scripts are never ready. This store is out of chances. Good riddance and you can hold for twenty minutes. The woman answering the phone today can go kick rocks. She is a terrible person.
