Service is really bad. Starting with the manager.Bought a whole table set with a table that never came. After 2 months of waiting for it. I called them and the table got discontinued. No problem about that. Went back today for another table and saw the exact same table with a price tag on the floor. Manager once again did not acknowledge me after asking for him. I just left the store to never come back.

Went to the store with my designer and Yul was very helpful. We locked in some great prices and Yul went above and beyond to help! The delivery process could have been smoother but overall great products and their warranty plan was inviting. Go and ask for Yul!

Just remembered why I stopped shopping here. Worst customer service ever!! Just left the store after 20 min of browsing and not one “hello” or “may I help you”. I literally looked 3 different employees right in the face. I felt invisible. Also, as a designer, I noticed half the decor they have is found at home goods or online for half the price. This place is a joke. It’s all a smoke and mirrors. Never going back.

Anna was such a great and helpful sales associate at the z gallerie in Orlando at millenia. She really helped my wife and I on the look of our living room for our new home! Exquisite taste and my toddler adored her too!!

Worst website !They are good to send you emails two times a day regarding their incredible discounts, but then if you I have a problem you have to pay for your return (mine was expensive than my item) and cherry on ice for some items returned they apply also a drop in value of 25 % !!!! Always more....Also they sold articles sold out, and they sent you an email one week after your payment saying the item is not anymore in their stock. CRAZYPlease don't go, google is full of great furniture websites, so GO YOUR WAY !

By far one of the most frustrating furniture purchasing experiences I’ve had to date. Miguel sold us a “custom” sofa on January 19th with an an expected arrival date in April, maybe mid May. The last week of May my husband called in regards to the status. Miguel had no memory of the order and said he had to look into it. We were then told our order had “no notes” nor status change and they would look into it further. May 29th I finally receive an email saying there was a delay and the couch will now not be delivered in November. Z Gallerie apparently needs 11 months to produce one 87” sofa. The representative Fernanda who reached out to me basically said there is nothing wrong with this service experience and that I agreed to it in the terms and conditions of the purchase.Due to the fact that our couch order was never processed and never left the “pending” stage after 6 months with no delivery date in sight we decided to cancel the order. Initially we were offer 50% back but after reiterating our order had not advanced from pending since ordering in January, we were finally offered a full refund.I do not recommend this location nor this business. From ordering to canceling, Z Gallerie was frustrating and unprofessional to work with. Fortunately this has been my only experience trying to purchase from this store and do not intend make any further attempts in the future.In comparison I have attached a picture of couch purchased from anthropology that was delivered within 2 weeks with 4 pillows purchased from Wayfair and urban outfitters, all delivered within a week. Z Gallerie may be trying to present themselves as a luxury home furniture and decor retailer but are definitely more on par with a Rooms To Go or Bob Furniture Warehouse

Bought a lot of furniture. Waited a month and no delivery. Called sales never answered. Dining table delivered and not installed. Missing parts not working. Chandelier not delivered. Terrible purchase

I love this store so much especially my sales rep Yul Buzon he is the best person I’ve ever met when I’ve gone shopping and needed help. He is patient, He is helpful, He gives me ideas and it doesn’t matter how many times I ask him questions and anything I ask him to show me he does it with his smile and that’s what makes him the best. He makes me feel so comfortable He shows me everything in detail and I absolutely love him. They are all great in the store but since the first day , I started with Yul and I just love him. He has the best customer service ever. I work in the medical field and having great customer service is very big in my offices and the expectations from my staff regarding customer service is very high and yul definitely has those qualities He is definitely a keeper!!!
