Never been to this location before, but did order my usual. My meal came out hot, fresh, accurate, & delicious. Both assistant managers were very patient with me as they were taking my order & changed my mind last minute. As I was dining in, another employee Maury made sure the entire dining room was doing okay & made us laugh along the way. Seems like everyone here is happy. I will definitely be visiting this location again when I am on this side of town. Great Job Zaxby’s ?

I waited a while to be served,but wasn't charged for the extra sauce when asked. The food was good and the place was clean. So it all worked out.

Customer service is very poor they need to learn how to talk to customer,first time there today an last time my daughter was harass from employee for some dip sauces that we ask for an they forgot to give it to us with are meal so she went up an ask for the sauce the older lady that was there around 11-12 pm she was very rude I will be filing a complaint on her corp …will not recommend no one to visit this place ..??????

The staff that serves in this restaurant is extremely rude, despotic, very poorly educated and verbally abuses those who frequent them.

I went through the drive thru and failed to check my order before I drove out of the line, came back into the dining room to get the rest of my food. (Only was given fries and sauce/drink) and missing Cole slaw and chicken. I went back in to get the rest of my food they said they would not remake it for me and that I can take a refund and leave. Blatantly refused to just provide what I had already paid for.

I went yesterday to pick up an order. The store was sooo dirty with soda all over the floor. The employee had the worst attitude, lied about the food not being ready. When she was asked for her name or manager, she said GET OUT. She then followed me to my car threatening to sue me for recording the encounter. She followed me twice outside. (Safety concern? Harrassing customers? Is zaxbys okay with that? I feel threatened and disgusted by your employees actions, total lack of customer service, human decency, and respect. I even asked fohe manager and no one replied. Is that what zaxbys is okay with? Harrassing customers and kicking them out of the store and following them to their cars threatening to sue them for recording encounter for evidence. How would I know that your employee wasn't planning to hurt me in the parking lot. Next time this employee will start hitting the customer too if not stopped. What's this zaxbys? Whats going on at that location?

The food prep area was very clean and the staff is excellent. They were respectful, packaged my food well, and moved quickly despite having a technical issue with the drive-thru. That's what I care most about with fast food, so I love it. Also, great cob salad!

Went there for lunch, for me and my friend, and I ordered a wings and things with Nibblerz. It was hard to eat we didn’t even get through the whole meal the tenders were tough the only thing that was fresh was the fries. Both of us have been experiencing stomach ache and frequent trips to the bathroom; I'm not sure if this is a result of food poisoning or if the food has been there for a while.

Horrible experience tonight at this location. Is a Tuesday night 8pm. I arrive and ordered the new Chicken Philly which I love. I have been eating at Zaxby's a lot at the Hunters Creek location. The reason for my visit tonight was to use my 750 points in my rewards account. I scanned my barcode 3 times and the cashier said "I guess it's not working", I said can you get a manager to help out. She acted like it was and an inconvenience. She then walked outside for like 7 mins and another lady returned and I told her what was wrong . (Oh and by the way the manger was in the parking lot chatting in car with one of her friends ) She goes on to say she can't do nothing that no rewards have worked all day. Said her hands are tied and I can't use my $5.00 off reward. At this point my food is sat in front of me all bagged up ready to go. I said well the food is ready, she said "Oh doesn't matter, I will just put it back". I saw them throw it out . I asked her if she could at least manually discount my food for the reward as a good customer service gesture. She said that was not possible . However it is possible she just was not willing to do it. This happened to me once before at the Hunters Creek location and they just honored my reward. I then ask if I place an online order would it work, she then told me they were not allowing anyone to pick up online orders . I asked to the regional managers name and was told I had to call the 800 number. I called the 800 number and filed a complaint. All the employees especially the manger was very rude and un professional . This was a huge disappointment and shows that the customer means nothing to this location. I earned those rewards thru many visits at Zaxbys only to be denied using them. I will never eat here again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience . Also not to mention I work for one of your partners Coke, and am the rep over your account. Shame on you Zaxbys Millena . The manager Shemeka Florence should have to take a class on how to treat customer/guests.

Dude we were eating and a cockroach came down from the ceiling it fell and made it's way to my brother's shoulder it was the seat to the right wall the first one, the cockroach started crawling to our food and the food was expensive and the quality was not good they had also not cleaned the tables when we got there unless you want trauma don't eat here

Very mediocre food, service, and just not worth the money they want for that funky chicken. Used to be my go to place, but not anymore. Goodbye Zaxbys. Keep your bad service and over priced chicken to yourself.

The food is good but we ordered from Grubhub and we were disappointed when we ordered fried pickles and we opened the box to this 12 pickles FOR 10 DOLLARS .
