Food is always fresh and tastes good. I had a great encounter with an employee named Brendin at the drive thru. He was very kind and accommodating when it came to the wait for our food.

All employees I dealt with were very polite and friendly, food came in a timely manner and no mistakes in my order. Not a common experience with fast food nowadays.

Alright, I'm a Chick-fil-A and Cane's guy, but this was delicious! Highly recommend taking a visit. It was quick, clean, and friendly as well so that always helps.

I get home... and the amount of food I was given is disrespectful. There's literally less than 10 fries............ it's basically an empty box. This is the second time this has happened.

This was our first time there and will be our last. The best thing we had was the peach ice tea. The food royally sucked. It had so much salt i did not even eat it. We totally wasted almost $20 for lunch for 2 people.

I ordered from ubereats and they didn’t gave me sauce for any of my food even though I paid for extra. Four meals including salads with my dressing or anything. I called several times but the phone just rings and no one ever picks up.

Zaxbys is my favorite fast food place I always come back here at least once a month. The chicken and sauces are great. And the deals and accessibility to limited time items is always a steal.It was also very easy to get my order that I made on the app.My only slight complaint with this time was my fries weren't that seasoned. The funnel cake was good but I got that because it was part of the deal.Overall, please go to Zaxbys.

We went here because we don't have one at home and it was in the top three of favourite fast food restaurants.It was okay. My daughter and I got the three nibblers to share. It came with fries but my daughter ordered some fried pickles as well.The nibblers were okay, perhaps a bit dry, but the sauces helped. We tried them all.We really enjoyed the fried pickles though. They were very tasty.The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. There was one young man who was really working his tail off compared to the other employees. He was so busy. I was impressed.

After only trying zaxby's for the first time less than a month ago I think i've eaten there five times alreadyI love their season friesAll I've had so far. Are chicken fingers but they were very good? And I like the fact that they have teriyaki sauce. Something that is kind of unusual in a place to serve chicken fingers.
