Al Wilson helped sell our house and the process was seamless. He answered all of our questions and guided us through everything. We listed our house and within 7 days we had an acceptable offer and closed 3 weeks later. We would use Al again if we need a realtor.

Al Wilson is absolutely fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being new to Florida, I wasn't sure where to start and took a chance with him in searching for a house to settle in. I immediately noted the patience, professional experience and enthusiasm he brought to the table in our search. He was always readily available, answered all my questions and concerns and always pointed out the positives and shortcomings during each showing. He made me feel like a VIP client even though my budget was not exactly unlimited. I had a partner which I deeply appreciated as real estate can be frustrating at times. After a few months, I finally found the house I was looking for that met all my criteria and felt 'right'. Al was seriously happier for me than I was. He's a genuine and kind human being that I'm blessed to know. Without reservation, I highly and expressly recommend Al Wilson!

If you do not find homes with Al you are missing out. He was so gentle and understanding, he was so awesome with my children. He’s also very straight forward with let you know if that house is the right fit for you and your family. His positivity is incredible. You can reach him at any time, he answers all your questions and if he doesn’t know it, he’ll do his research and get right back to you that same day. He is as excited as you getting your new home. he has a lot of recommendations and also services he can also recommend. He is top notch.

We were extremely happy with Al Wilson and the job that he did managing the sale of our home. We moved early in the listing process and Al kept us up to date, provided valuable feedback, and got our house sold. Al listened and provided answers to any of our questions or concerns. Al was such a pleasure to work with in finding our new home in Ormond Beach. He was available to us at all times and went above and beyond for us. His expertise and knowledge made the process so much more easier for us. If needed, we would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him. We considered moving to the Ormond Beach area. Our cousin, a resident in Ormond byThe Sea, recommended Al Wilson to help us purchase a home. Ultimately, the move did not take place but we went as far as making an offer on a home that did not close.Al’s knowledge of the market is impressive as was his professionalism, and his commitment to getting me the best possible home for my budget. Al was always available to answer our questions and provide advice. He also took the time to understand our needs and goals, and he worked hard to find a home that met all of our criteria. He was particularly effective in helping us understand the different neighborhoods in Ormond Beach and what each had to offer. For instance, many areas have septic tanks while others have city sewers. Other neighborhoods have underground power lines, a big deal this close to the coast. He showed us numerous properties and was able to point out concerns and issues that we would have otherwise missed, such as dated roofs and frame vs. concrete block structure, also a huge issue in Florida.As noted earlier, the purchase of the home ultimately did not go through but came close enough to require several administrative actions. Thanks to Al's expertise and guidance the purchase process was smooth and stress-free. He took care of all of the paperwork and details, so I didn't have to worry about anything. He was also great at helping us come up with a good and fair offer.In addition to his knowledge of the market and his professionalism, we also appreciated Al's patience, understanding and helpful attitude. We haven’t purchased a home in a long time, and we had a lot of questions. Al was always willing to take the time to answer them and to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. If he didn’t have an answer he would research it and get back to us.I would highly recommend Al Wilson to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Ormond Beach area. Please, please, please do NOT miss working with Al Wilson as your realtor! I cannot say enough about how knowledgable, well-connected, and integrous Al is as a real estate professional and as a person. He was extremely accurate in his suggestions for listing price and what do to to make our home as attractive as possible. He had amazing connections to local service people who, when we called and mentioned that we got their name from Al, immediately got us into their work schedules. He was amazingly communicative, responsive and timely. He is also both fair, but also creative, in making sure to resolve any issues to ensure the sale goes through to everyone's satisfaction. Al continues to be a friendly and willing resource even after the sale. I have called him multiple times even a year after we have closed to ask him who he suggests for a local repair person and he immediately answers with wonderful suggestions. We have used him multiple times and look forward to using him again in our future real estate purchases.

Al was very positive and thorough. He contacted us often and kept us up to date with everything. He also helped obtain a rental agreement with the new buyers since we were building a new house and our house wasn’t ready at the time of closing.He negotiated a fair deal and was very accommodating at every term.We highly recommend Al Wilson.

I would recommend Al as a realtor to anyone. We bought a house from him in Ormond Beach 4 years ago and was very impressed with him and the way he handled everything. When we decided to sell the house we called him and he sold it in less than 3 months and we were even more impressed . The house was shown constantly and he always did a follow up with us each time. We could not been happier with everything. He is a real professional in every way.
