Probably shopped here for the last time and I live just blocks away. They removed the two self check registers...or should I say covered them up with merchandise and put out of order signs on them apparently because of theft. Now it doesn't matter what time of day I have been there they are usually 6 deep at the one register the poor ladies have to service. The answer was not to shut down the self checks, the answer is to move the staffed register closer to door so those who use it have to walk by and employee before getting their five finger discount. You lost my sale today...and probably all my business until you fix this poor decision

The store is well stocked and I can find most of my needs. They have a small selection of fresh produce as well as frozen food and staples.
However they fall short on checkouts. The self checkouts no longer work. There is only one checkout with a little old lady working her butt off and a line halfway down the store

9 out of 10 times they Do Not Have the 1 thing I went to get from there. I Litterally hate this location and can walk to it. Rather drive to Anywhere Else ?

I have been coming up there a while and the past few times spread out over two weeks have been told I can not buy a phone. I don't need to set it up I just need to buy it. You have a case full of phones and different selections that is awesome but it doesn't matter if I can't buy them. That is false advertising

It doesn't matter what Dollar General I bought something from. I should be able to return it At any location. Thanks for not making it convenient for your customers. The last thing we need on this earth are already more dollar generals absolute worst place ever.

I have shopped at this Dollar General (#11207 Ormond Beach) for over 15 years. No more!! I feel sorry for all the employees, short staffed, overworked and disregarded by DG Corporate. Now the building A/C is off for months and portable units not working well. Food refrigerators have been broken also. Dangerous health concerns for the customers and employees. I will never return to this store, and if this is how DG Corp.continues to function, I am done spending my money at any Dollar General store.

Dollar General should be fined and sued by its local employees. This stores air conditioning was out for over 3 weeks and employees had to still work. It was over 110° in this store - the chocolate bars melted on the shelves it was so hot - the heat took your breath away as you walked in the door. Their fix is portable A/C units stuffed in the middle of the isles that drop the temp maybe 10°.This store needs to shut down. Daily there's a problem with the registers, one person in the store for first shift, maybe two after that and their lost in the backroom half the time. Shelves are empty as is the normal everywhere now.Truly disgraceful.FYI.....photos are NOT of this store.

This is my go to store and the employees are always very courteous and helpful my only disappointment is that management of the store needs to tend to maintenance. The air conditioner has been broken for over a month now and that is, first off, very unfair to employees. This is Florida and it is very hot. It is uncomfortable for shoppers, and limits products on the shelves for sale because the store cannot maintain temperatures needed to store the items, such as chocolate. Come on DG... get it together. Then, I'll update my review :).
