Do not buy any furniture from these people, we believe that they're scamming people. We ordered furniture in November of last year, two recliners and two Ottomans. They showed up six months later damaged. We refused them and sent them back and were told we would receive new furniture that wasn't damaged. It is now almost 5 months later and we can't get a response from Kyle Hayes. We're getting the runaround and we have no confirmation of delivery. They keep telling us that it's on the way, which is bullshit, so we are going to pursue legal action against the company and Kyle Hayes. Do not buy furniture from these people, as we said we believe they're scammers.

My experience with Haynes brothers overall was impressive to say the least. I purchased a chair and I definitely had issues with the chair but Steve and his team helped me the entire time. After not being satisfied with the fix, I expressed my displeasure and they were able to replace the entire chair with a new one and haven’t had an issue since. The customer service at Haynes Brothers is the type that no longer exists at many places today. Whenever I recommend a local furniture store, it’s this one even if they think I’m a PITA. Great team here

I have been very pleased with the furniture choices and service at Haynes Ormond Beach. As a returning customer, it is my go to store for furniture. Their inventory is extensive, offering many items to choose from. I want to recognize sales consultant Maria, who patiently listened to my ideas. She helped me pick out some wonderful pieces and create the homey look I was trying to achieve. Maria nailed it, coordinating my custom chairs with an area rug that was stunning. Additionally, Owner Steve Haynes does all he can to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Great experience! Parry was excellent. No pressure, extremely informative and educational about their products. She was informative along the process of building an order for 2 custom recliners for us, with us being in the middle of a cross country move. The best, definitely give them your business, they certainly earned ours.

Came in to look for a new bedroom set and was kind of overwhelmed at the amount of options they had. Took us a good hour and half to walk the store looking but the woman who helped us was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name lol but we did end up buying a bedroom set from her and she gave us $400 off the original price which was great and got us set up for an easy delivery. If you're looking for furniture this place has it all!!
