Karin helped us find our perfect Daytona Beach condo in one day! She created a list of properties based on our requirements (number of bed and baths) and wants (waterfront). All of them were spot on to what we were looking for. We made an offer on our favorite and she negotiated strongly on our behalf. Karin is very knowledgeable about the area and the market. She represented us through inspection and closing, which was done remotely as we were in another country. Karin Udolf has been an Excellent Real Estate Broker for us!When Covid-19 engulfed the planet, confining us over a thousand miles away from the Florida residence, she kindly, calmly and professionally stepped in, bringing in the Hope Foundation, a charitable organization to whom we chose to donated the contents of our house to. We were pleasantly surprised that the Hope volunteers also boxed everything up in the house and moved it to the Center, to redistribute to those in need of a new start in life! Oh how that made our hearts smile...our Mom would have Loved that idea!Then she brought in a carpet cleaner and a cleaning crew that did a Wonderful job giving the house a sunny, fresh look that showed in the photos you listed.Yes, I’d say Karin Udolf is a Treasure...to us, RE/MAX SIGNATURE, and every client she helped sell their cherished home. SOLD, The one word that means so many other things. I presented Karin with a, let's call it unique, vacant piece of land to sell. We had, unsuccessfully, attempted to sell it in the past.Karin crushed my expectations which had me thinking that this would sit on the market for months, maybe even years. Karin had us under contract in less than 30 days. Closed in less than another 30 days. Her communication was excellent, with all the involved parties. The whole process was seamless.
