10/10 My first time at Bellezza and it was a great experience! The staff were very kind and welcoming. I've been getting pedicures for years and I had the best pedicure by Kevin. He really took his time with the pedicure, the foot massage was amazing & I felt very relaxed. Will definitely be coming back as a regular client.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I come every month, sometimes with weird design requests, and they always hit it out of the park. Like, gurl. LOOK at how cute my nails are this month!! They take their time with you and are very sweet, too!

This place is NOT honest at all, I got here WITHOUT appointment, and I asked if they have time to do my pedicure, they said yes the wait will be 15-20min … I waited 45min in the chair, some of them asked me to put my feet in the water and I wait 10 more minutes .. of course I left, please be honest with clients with your waiting time

Walked in was greeted by the lady seated in front. She pointed me to the older woman to do my toes, as she begun cutting my toe nails I told her I wanted them round (she started speaking in her native tongue and just from the way she was looking at me speaking I can tell she was being hostile) after that she proceeded to argue with me and then put her her hands near my face while being HOSTILE!!!!!!! She’s very lucky she’s a older woman bcz I would of took god out my thoughts and deal with her wickedly. ? After I told her to move along I was looking to see if the lady at the from of the store would intervene (Im assuming she’s the manager) but she did absolutely NOTHING just kept working on her clients nails as if that’s not an argument taking place. The UNPROFESSIONALISM at this business is trash! Not to mention I wanted the basis pedicure when I looked in the water all I saw was water. No soap no NOTHING!!!! How is a basic pedicure $30-45 and you can’t even soak your clients feet properly ? I wouldn’t recommend anyone supporting this business. Then I took the time out to read the reviews and realized that others are very displeased with the service and anyone that’s given them a great review is a LIAR!! Looking at the nail services they were given you could of literally gave a 12 yr old to do the job bcz all of the nail services shown by customers are HIDEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These ppl need to go back to drawing board bcz they CAN NOT DO NAILS AT ALL….
