woman on the phone insinuated I was a crackhead for calling about adderall during a national shortage and was scoffing at me over the phone. I must have spoken on the phone with a hundred pharmacies over the past few years and have never been spoken to like that.

Because I didn’t have more than two prescriptions for her to fill “she wasn’t taking anymore customers for my specific prescriptions”. Very very rude customer service. In a nationwide shortage you would think she would be more understanding and kind and not just cold.

Love this pharmacy. The pharmacist is such a hard working woman. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers. I know for myself she has helped me with many issues. Things I didn’t ask of her she did to save me money . I appreciate her and all she does . Thank You ?

I went and picked up my medication and the lady told me I had to find a new Pharmacy because I could not afford the 350 at the time and they switched my insurance without my permission and I told him she knew that so now I have to leave that Pharmacy and it's hard to find a pharmacy to fill my scripts that keep me clean and stainless

Best Pharmacy and Pharmacist you can ask for. I switched from Walgreens months ago and I am very glad I did. Eunice is incredibly helpful and takes care of her customers! If you are fed up of the chain stores and are looking for a great Pharmacy this is it.

Fountain pharmacy is the absolute best in the area. The owner Eunice is extremely friendly and knowledgeable every time I come in she remembers my name and always make sure to have my medications in stock you get the best customer service is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Usually my medications are filled in under 5 minutes very promptly polite and great customer service BEST PHARMACY IN OVIEDO

Rude and quite condescending, but convenient and quick. Depends on what you are looking for from a pharmacy... you’ll find your prescriptions are filled promptly, but you won’t find much in the way of customer service.

Fantastic customer service, very thorough educated female pharmacist was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this over any of the large retail pharmacies. Had everything in stock and my prescriptions were ready within 30 mins of my Dr sending them EScript. Will definitely get all of my families medications filled here from now on.
