My husband and I went to Lowe’s last night to purchase kitchen appliances. We were worried with it being late that there wouldn’t be someone available to assist us fully. We are so happy we chose last night to visit, Glen was awesome! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He knew the answer to every question we asked. When there weren’t many available options of microwaves on the floor, he looked at other options online with us. He was highly knowledgeable and it made our shopping process easy and fun. Toni assisted us with checking out and they made an awesome team. While Glen was looking for alternative options, Toni was working with him to see if items were in stock. We felt very taken care of and very pleased with our shopping experience. Thank you Glen and Toni!!

My husband and I went today to get a mailbox for our new property. We found one we LOVED but the floor model was the last one. They would not sell the floor onewe qsked since we wanted it right away, but Tim J did jot give up he spoke with his manager and got it done. He was so helpful and attentive did not seem at all annoyed by our annoying request. If you want great customer service ask for Tim J he will not disappoint

This particular Lowes is always my first choice. Not only is it close to me, but the selection of items and service is always good. Appliance selection is really good along with their sales. Rgw garden department has a really good selection of plants, trees, etc. You can find lits of landscaping items. The prices are competitive and cheaper than Home Depot. If I had to make one complaint, it would be to add additional staff in the appliance and garden section during weekends to help customers.

Frequent Home Depot customer but I must say this Lowe’s. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Went out There way to teach me how to use equipment. Very friendly. Everyone speaks English and wow. Just seems so nice and pure. Special Thanks to Omar in tools, very nice standup guy. Went above and beyond to help us. Great job ❤️

The service at this Lowe's is absolutely horrendous catch yourself standing in the return section with one person and 13 other employees walking around greeting you saying good morning and good afternoon. Also another issue the cashiers tender ring up multiple items with one scan for one product so when you go and return stuff at this location, they give you the runaround and say oh it looks like only one of your products scanned but the other didn't, ma'am how is that possible? If they were both purchased here then they wanted to offer me store credit for one and then put the other on my card????

Update-Still don't have my issue resolved. Now there is a problem with getting back my refund. I have talked with people from the Lowe's Delivery warehouse in Orlando, FL and tried chatting with someone from Customer Care online. I also tried calling the number provided in the response to this review (spent 26 minutes waiting for someone to answer). I also called the local store, spent 35 minutes waiting for my call to be answered, and, when it was answered, they left the phone on the side (I could actually hear people talking) and then they hung up on me.How can you help me if no one answers? And, when they do, they keep sending me back to the people that don't answer.Terrible terrible terrible service.________ Original Review_______Terrible service and systems.I purchased a set of four appliances from this Lowe's. Three arrived well and one was delayed. They cancel the delayed appliance and before I could even say if I was okay with the delay or not. When I contacted them, they said I needed to place a new order.Their system also was not accurate with the orders, the availability/stock of the appliances, and my order didn't even showed up in my account. I had to ask for my confirmation.Since they canceled the one appliance, I lost the rebate deal. So I decided to return the appliances I received and they said they can pick them up. I have been trying to schedule their pick up for over 4 weeks now. They keep saying that they are scheduling the pick up but no one emails me confirmations and/or actually shows up to pick up the appliances. They stopped responding after a while.I highly recommend you purchase your appliances somewhere else. Their communication is poor and their customer service is even worst.
