Just needed new SIM and phone transfer on existing account but they were super helpful and patient while I first transferred data and settings to new phone.

Been sitting here for an hour. My name was called and the clerk went to check with his manager to see if they had the watch I wanted in stock. He came back to tell me that she was looking. Five minutes later the manager comes out with the watch and the clerk moved on to the next customer. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting.

If you come in for repair you, apparently, do not get put into the line when you sign in at the front door. Been waiting for 30 minutes and haven't even been greeted.

Was at the Sprint store late afternoon yesterday 7/7 just before closing and had the pleasure of working with Ruben - he was extremely helpful and was not concerned about closing time as much as he was in helping me get my phone and explaining how to use it and set it up! I really appreciate the time he took - he and an associate Andrew made my new phone buying experience great! Thank you great team!

I went into this store to get my phone screen fixed. While this was happening Andrew P. went into my account and told my wife and I that we were eligible for a bunch of free stuff since we had been with Sprint since 2012. We went home and got an email that our payments had gone up over a $100 a month.He would not fix the situation and went so far as to hide in the back room when my wife went back. He screwed or account up so d that no one even knew what the hell he did. We got the absolute run around from Sprint and now have canceled our service and now use Verizon ONLY because of Andrew. He normally works at the Lake Underhill store and the Red Bug store uses him sometimes when they're shorthanded. He will lie to your face ,he does not care, all he wants is his commission and that is obvious. If he goes to help you ask for another employee. Consider yourself warned

Only interested in selling. No idea what service is unless they are selling. Came by for a simple repair informed they don't carry the part and have no idea when they'd receive it. But refused to replace the phone.
