The printing area is the worst. There printers are not working most of the time and they won’t even help you to print it out on there end. The staff are not helpful at all. I had to pay extra in top of paying for the prints which is really frustrating. I definitely don’t want to come again to this store.

Horrible Manager! Drove 25 miles to pick up a printer... guess what? In their system didnt appear my name. I showed them nor 1 but 2 emails with my name as Pick Up person and told me ... No. YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED THEM... NOT HER as manager helped me out. I wont give to you! She Said. So I cancelled the order... went to Office Depot website, purchased and pick up the same article in less than 5 minutes. Went to the store...with no complaints! My printer was at the door.Do yourself a favor and dont come to Oviedo's store! Horrible Customer Service! Will close my business account with them!

VERY RUDE MANAGER. SUPPORT HER TEENS ASSOCIATES (WHO DONT WORK WELL) AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE LIKE HER IS ON CHARGE OF A STORE. NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CHAIN... NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE SHE DID!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Paid for same day printing and was told that it needed to be done the day before by 2:30pm.(Then it wouldn’t be same day?) Never heard that from any other Staples. I was then charged an additional $30 for “same day” printing. Went back at the time I was told to return to pick up my printed items was told to leave the store because they were closing. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Terrible.

Very mediocre store when it comes to stock items and selection options. The store is messy in many areas inside, and the outside trashcans are always overflowing. The store needs to take pride and keep inside and outside clean. The other stores in that plaza can keep their trashcans empty, so it's possible if the store wanted to. UPDATES: Went back to the store the very next week and trash cans were still full. They still don't care about their store or their customers opinion. Go to office depot.

Went to Staples for TSA pre check. The associate, Scarlet, at the desk was brusk when I said good morning, with no eye contact. I asked a clarifying question politely to which she gave no response. I'm pretty sure she heard me as I was standing three feet away from her and the only other people here were quietly sitting on their phones. The whole thing was just awkward and unpleasant. I gave two stars because it was fairly efficient. I get that it's hard for people in retail, especially around the holidays, but if you have zero customer service skills, it might be worth considering another line of work.

If you are in this parking lot, don’t walk in, RUN AWAY, spend your money elsewhere. I purchased some printer ink and a usb cable through instacart, and unfortunately the shopper pulled the wrong ink, Instacart advised me to return in store and swap it out. I came in on Sunday, and Assistant Manager Joe came out after the cashier said she needed a manager because it was an instacart return. I could hear he telling him over a radio how much the ink was (which shouldn’t matter if I want to simply exchange it). He comes out with a booklet in his hand and immediately tells me “you deal with instacart”. Not true as I had a live chat pulled up with them with a ticket number to give to the store. Joe didn’t even attempt to walk to a computer to even type it in, just continued to insist that I had to deal with Instacart. So I grabbed my ink and left clearly upset, I called Monday morning to speak to the store manager and was told Erin is not in until noon. I left my name and phone number and they told me she would give me a call around 1230. It was almost 5 o’clock before I realized I had still not gotten a phone call so I decided to call, Erin is even worse than Joe. She was just as rude, didn’t have any care in the world that all I want to do is simply exchange my ink for the correct one, she decided to tell me I was “belligerent ” as I was understandably getting aggravated because yet again there was no recourse. After asking for her Area Manager’s name and number I was told “800 Staples” she clearly must think I won’t pursue this, however a complaint on them has been logged and I will be getting a call today to speak with her superior. How these two are in management is beyond me, as they both have zero care for customer satisfaction. I will never spend my hard earned money with them. Drive to Best Buy.EDIT.. after calling into corporate that same night, within 12 hrs I was contacted by the office of the staples president, given a credit to go into any staples and get what I needed, and apologized to for the complete lack of care on both Erin and Joe’s parts. I went back in to grab my ink, and let me tell you, Victor, who was a sales guy at the front, HE should be in management, WORLDS different of an experience when he was there. He genuinely cares about his job, I hope this gets read and he gets the recognition he deserves. I would be willing to give this location another chance to re earn my loyalty because of his demeanor.

Stopped in to pickup phone case and computer case I needed for work. The young gentleman Diomar was so helpful!!!! He went out of his way to make sure I found the right size for both items. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Diomar!

Zero customer service and when you ask for help they treat you like you’re an idiot. Management was surly, condescending, and rude. I will shop at Office Depot from now on.

I had the worst experience yesterday with Sandy. Worst customer service ever. Needed to print and she was extremely rude from the get go. Slammed my usb cap on the counter just because I Changed the qty of the copies, when I asked if they accepted Apple Pay her reply was “ don’t you see a scan on there”. Her attitude the whole time was horrible and abusive towards me. The question is “ why the heck would management have a miserable old woman maybe even racist handle customer service”This woman needs to be kept away from people

Went to the Staples to purchase an item that is one sale monthly. When I asked a clerk if it was on sale this particular week, she responded "you'll have to download the app & check." Not willing to look it up for me. So now that I have the app, I checked the sale flyer and this week it is on sale. Made the 30 min drive back to the store, was checking out & the item rang up full price. I explained to the cashier & the manager that the item was on sale this week & her response was "that's not what the register says." I showed her the app & she was unwilling to override the register & give me the sales price. Stated she had to "do a ticket." Here it is, 24 hours later & the register still hasn't been updated. I now see why so many stores are going to the self checkout model as the store clerks & managers add nothing to the shopping experience.
