Terrible customer service. The online banking is not letting me in and the repre came out and asked me to come back at another time. She claims it will take 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your investment monies. The cash manager is forever messed up.

Have received excellent customer service at this branch from Americo who has been incredibly accommodating and has gone above and beyond in helping answer all my banking questions as well as walking me step by step through the process of financing a car! Best experience I have ever had at a bank!

I want to appreciate one of the people who work at this bank. Americo is always so friendly and helpful every time I see him. I hope the company has a way to recognize employees who are so good because Americo certainly deserves any and all recognition he can receive.Thanks Americo for your customer service, truly caring about others and always willing to help in any way possible! You are a superstar to say the least. I'm sure the bank already knows how lucky they are to have you on their team but just know that people not working in the banking industry appreciate you just as much . . . or even more!

Do not give these people your money. SunTrust decided to put a "hold" on our account without any warning and, what's worse, no explanation. I had to go to three different branches before I was even told to contact a third party company called ChexSystems to find out why SunTrust had taken all of our money and refused to release it. I was treated like a criminal, laughed at, and hung up on by Americo at this branch, who I opened my account with. After waiting for more than 2 weeks for an explanation that would only be delivered by US mail by ChexSystems, I was informed that an old account that was supposed to be closed had an auto payment go through without my knowledge... and that this was why I had been unable to pay any of my bills or feed or diaper my 1 and 2 year old children. What's worse is that I have resolved the "issue" and SunTrust STILL refuses to release my money to me. I called Americo again today to tell him that the issue was resolved and that ChexSystems had recieved the resolution from my former bank... He treated me like dirt and informed me that "I would get a check eventually" before he hung up on me AGAIN. This company is not just a bad business, they are morally and ethically corrupt and could care less about the impact that they have on people who live paycheck to paycheck. I have been to several branches and called their corporate customer service number just to be told, "we don't have any information, we'll have to send an email to our back office and wait for a reply." All this happened on my birthday, October 15th. Today is November 3rd and despite all the time and effort I have personally put into resolving the non-issue, I have yet to get ANY correspondence from SunTrust. If you want access to your money, or to be treated like a human being, don't bank here.

Such a chiep bank. I asked them to make me copy for the checks that I m going to deposit.and teller told me with face NO we don't do that. The reason I need to make copy cause I was making deposit for the church.i forgot to make a copy at home. I will never ever gonna go to that bank anymore .They r never friendly. When u enter the bank seems like u r in old horror bank that no one smiles no one friendly just hi how r u and and that's it. They will ck your account like u r a big criminal.

Denise garafola was so sweet and patient with me! I'm pretty new at the whole "adulting thing" and she was very nice and explained how to do a money order. She knew everyone's name who happened to walk in while I was there and just made my whole experience enjoyable!!!

Much prefer the Lake Mary branch even though this one is closer to me. If it wasn't for Lake Mary branch, I probably would've closed my account with these people. Their hours are not helpful, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.
