I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up some parts at my son had sent me for I had no idea what I was asking for or looking for I told the customer service person there what my son had told me that I needed to go pick up and he know exactly what I was talking about showed me where it was at and walk me through the whole process of the store and back up to the sales counter and checked me out I was very happy with the customer service there as I was totally lost on what I was doing and he just jumped right in to help me and made it a very pleasant and happy experience I will definitely go back to O'Reilly's Auto Parts next time I'm sent to get something that I have no idea what they're talking about thank you so much O'Reilly's Auto Parts salesperson if you are an excellent and positive experience too that store

As far as I am concerned a good place to get parts this is usually the only place I can get parts for my 1984 Jeep CJ7 and the parts are usually cheaper in price than any other place I would definitely recommend going to O'Reilly's for all your parts needs
