Debra at Brooks Brothers in Palm Beach Gardens was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She guided me through different fits until we found the perfect one and made sure I didn’t miss a great sale. Excellent service, highly recommend asking for her!

My Grandfathe has been shopping at Brooks Brothers for over a 100 years. I wanna give a special review to Regina. The store manager at the Palm Beach Gardens store for Excellent customer service and ability to make a customer want to come back to see her... i drove 35 miles to the store to pick up one pair of shorts.I ended up buying four because of Regina. In this day and age of poor customer service and lack of quality. Plus most companies don't care.It's obvious that Brooks Brothers still cares about its customers being the oldest clothing store. Whatever I buy at Brooks Brothers last me for years.Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their merchandise is still second to none.Thank you, Regina.You're the only person I'd look for next time. I make a purchase at Brooks Brothers. I'm happy to drive thirty five miles to buy from you!

Debbie Mandel was fantastic, she went out of her way to help my fiancée including calling other stores to find an available replacement. She was very efficient and took her time, overall great customer service.

Went to this Brooks Brothers in the PJ mall yesterday and it was a pleasant experience actually my first time ever coming into a Brooks Brothers. I was with my nephew and looking for a specific type of pants. Debbie Mandel worked with me. She was very courteous, very respectful and had a smooth and easy way about her. Next thing you know I’m wearing a pair of pants that are slim fit now you have to understand that I would never wear slim fit or skinny anything yet here I am and they fit great and look great. She truly helped me out and I will be coming back to the store for sure. Very professional and knowledgeable. I leave reviews when they are due.

Visited the store today and Cathy, the assistant manager helped me pick out two suits. She was professional and very helpful. I have visited several Brooks Brothers stores over the years, this experience was by far the best. Thank you!

Horrible customer service with assistant manager Kathy. Worst Brooks Brothers Customer service experience in 20 years. My husband took in a shirt that got a hole in the elbows after only a handful of wears since December. Accused us of lying when we said when we purchased the shirt because the stamp inside the shirt said a different date- then they looked it up and saw they were wrong. Then she said you must have worn this shirt more- he said I haven’t and they continue to make him feel like he was lying. It was pretty terrible esp considering the amount of money we have spent there on this exact shirt over his professional career. I called after to let the manager know our experience and was shocked she was a manager. He left the store so shook up- which should never be a customer service experience with something this simple! She said she gave him a promotional deal on a new shirt but honestly just being polite would have been helpful!!

I came in looking for sweaters. The guy helping me went to ask the store manager/cashier to see if they carried more sizes. I could hear her responding and saying they may have some in the back. But he came back and said they didn’t have any and that I could buy them online. Okay, but she just said you may have them in the back? You Jaír don’t want to go and check?
