These guys probably don't get enough credit for getting stuff right, so I have to come on & give the ladies behind the pharmacy counter tonight some love. I saw my doctor around noon today. I got confirmation that they received my prescriptions at 12:21pm. Text message update came 30 minutes later that it was ready. Love the notices. I couldn't get in until later, and I very much appreciate the cashier checking my insurance, running my card again, and saving me a ton of money!! Only downside has been actually having to update my insurance information after having been to this location before. The disconnect is with the CVS app account vs. CarePass account. Bonus because I didn't have to get out of my car to pick them up!

Although there were 2 employees up front (seemingly working on displays), no one greeted us upon entry, nor spoke to us the entire visit ? Not even at the check out. The store was very tidy and organized, making it easy to find things. Lots of Christmas decor, candy, gifts. The parking lot was ample with several up-front handicap parking spots. We will go back because it's so close to home. Maybe employees were having a quiet night and we interrupted ?

Always a long wait no matter what the drive up has for staffing! Vert unusual for CVS’s

Just got my RSV and FLU vaccine from Marina at CVS. Truly the most delightful and professional person you will meet. Getting shots is never a fun things but Marina made the experience as close as possible. Happy to see people like this at CVS.

I've been using CVS Pharmacy for years and I've always been happy with their service. Sometimes pricey but depends on insurance. I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions to be filled. I like extra care offers and use them often, a reliable and convenient pharmacy.

Spent 15 minutes filling out form for Covid test through online appointment booking and paid $69.99, received 6 confirmation texts including map links and confirmation number but when I got there and waited 20 minutes on drive through line - they seemed to have no idea they did Covid tests. When confused associate left window to ask, another associate came to window and abruptly said the computer was down.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff are unpleasant (NEVER smile), 99.9% of the time they DO NOT answer their phones, they will change prescriptions on you without your or your doctor's consent to make more money. So, many times this particular pharmacy has placed me in a spot to stand corrected and, I'm wise to catch what they are doing to the consumers. The attitude is they do not care nor will they extend themselves to make it work for the patient/customer. Literally, the worst customer service ever! Also, the turnover with the staff is self explanatory. I will never use this CVS Pharmacy @4500 Donald Ross Rd. Palm Beach Gardens, again. My advice do not use them.

No one ever picks up phone. My doctor calls in prescriptions they “lose them”. Bags of meds all over the floor. My last prescription was mixed up. I’m surprised CVS corporate allows this and also surprised this level of service would pass in PBG. I never had this kind of experience at any other CVS. Been a customer for years. This pharmacy location is terrible.

Sat on the phone for about 45 minutes to try and quickly request a change of prescription pickup location but the annoying hold music and message kept playing on loop.

The staff were so rude, specially the pharmacist named Valerie who didn't even have business card. She gave me a card crossing out the name of pharmacy manager (Nicole Maksutovic), and wrote her name there without the last name, and said she is the only pharmacist here (when I asked for her last name). They texted me that the medications are ready for pick up, I did prepay, then again got the message from them for received payment and "ready for pick up". When I went there they gave me two medications, then they stood me up for 40 minutes to make the other one ready and asked me to pay for it. I showed them on my phone the pre-payment confirmation I made online for three medications , they rejected me with unacceptable behavior. I have never seen that behavior from some call themself educated people. Nobody could tolerate this kind of behavior.

Unprofessional staff. I was in the middle of an RX transaction when they said they had to close for lunch. They told me that they’d finish my transaction when they reopened back up on 1/2hr.If you are with a customer, finish the transaction first, then go to lunch. That’s basic respect.

Some of the most unorganized, rude, unprofessional pharmacy technicians I have ever dealt with. Problems every month. Sends the patient around in circles for no reason. 10/10 times it’s an error on their side and they never take responsibility and are rude. Called this morning several times, spoke to “Ira” Extremely rude and not helpful. Tried to get me off the phone and call back tomorrow to speak to the Manager because she didn’t want to be bothered. After calling back at third time & speaking to a different pharmacist, it was handled within five minutes. I don’t understand why people continue to apply for jobs if they don’t want to work.

I had a total knee replacement 12 days ago. It was an outpatient surgery, so I was sent home the same day with a comprehensive pain management protocol as per my surgeon, which included alternating tramadol & tylenol every 6 hours, & taking oxycodone only for severe pain.I filled my prescription at the CVS on Donald Ross & Military Roads that I have been using for years. On my Physical Therapy days, which began 2 days after surgery, I was advised to take an oxycodone one hour before going to PT (3 times a week) to help me manage the intensity of my pain as a result of the rigorous PT. I will be having physical therapy for 2-4 more weeks.Last week I met with my surgeon for my post-op appt and take a look at my incision. He said I was doing well and advised me to continue the rotating Tylenol and Tramadol (50mg) during the day for pain, as well as taking the Oxycodone one hour before my PT sessions to help me push through the intense pain of the therapy for the next several weeks. I advised him that I only had a few Tramadol left and he said he would call in the refill to the same CVS I had used only a week ago with all of the same prescriptions.Today after my PT session, my friend drove me to the CVS to pick up my refills since I am unable to drive yet. To my disbelief, Nicole, the pharmacist on duty today, refused to refill my Tramadol. However, Nicole, decided to refill only the Oxycodone, which is to be used for severe pain on my PT days. That leaves me with only Tylenol to manage my daily pain of total knee surgery 12 days ago!!! Nicole said that it was her prerogative to deny me the Tramadol and that she had already notified my surgeon of her denial. Given my already painful situation, I am now feeling worse than ever.I wanted to share my story so that perhaps someone else might not have to experience extra pain during any upcoming surgeries they might have due to Nicole’s opinion & choice to override my surgeon’s decision. I’ve heard the term pain & suffering, but now I truly understand the ramifications of those words. What makes the whole thing even more frustrating is that I already started this pain management protocol at this particular CVS with apparently a different pharmacist & it was working well. Now I am forced to use the Oxycodone when I really only wanted to use it for my PT sessions because Tylenol alone is not enough to manage the daily pain of my bones being sawed and drilled only a week and a half ago!!! Unfortunately, Nicole has left me scrambling to try to figure out a different pain management solution only two weeks after total knee replacement surgery! How is this fair or reasonable after a surgery of this magnitude? I intend on removing my prescriptions & finding a pharmacy that I can trust: one that values my health & wellness & has the vision & understanding to look at each patient’s circumstance instead of overstepping a surgeon’s post-surgery decision & interrupting the already successful recovery of patient who is eager to heal fully & in a timely manner.

I am a CVS fan, Walgreens…not so much. Just habit I guess, and I know businesses are short-handed so I’m asking CVS—when will the drive thru Covid testing stop taking up a drive thru at all hours? Can’t you do shorter hours, not at peak times? I am in line to pick up, 15 minutes and counting…3 cars behind me for scripts. 20 minutes to pickup a script…bad for gas and environment. I’ll go in next time ;-)
