I’ve brought my son to the Palm Beach Gardens Emergency Room on several occasions, and every visit has been outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and got us back to see the doctor within minutes. The entire facility was spotless, and every nurse, tech, and physician we encountered was friendly, patient, and compassionate.
My son was very scared, but the team went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, treating him with incredible kindness and care. The physician was thorough, took time to answer our questions, and made sure we felt reassured. We’ve never had an emergency room experience like this before — quick, professional, and truly centered around the patient.
I would absolutely recommend the Palm Beach Gardens ER to anyone in need of emergency care. Keep up the amazing work!

My one star review for this clinic reflects strictly their billing!! The service and medical attention was fine BUT, I want to warn anyone who does not have medicare or worse no insurance at all, that this place is outrageously expensive! You're well advised to research an urgent care facility that is NOT affiliated with a hospital.
About 4 weeks ago, I was brought in for a injured toe. The nurses did three X-rays on my foot. It was a bit of a wait to receive my results but eventually, the doctor came in to tell me that I had broken my toe. One of the nurses buddy-taped my toes and recommended that I follow-up with a podiatrist. I was then allowed to go home. I might have been at the clinic a total of 1.5 hours.
Yesterday, I received my monthly statement from medicare, which listed the care and cost of my visit at JFK clinic. It read as follows:
XRays: $2,300.00+
Low level of medical decision making: $3,365.00
For a total of $5,677.00!!
Thank goodness I have Medicare and a supplemental insurance, so I won't have to pay anything out of pocket. But what about people who don't have Medicare. This is crazy and abusive. After I received my statement, I called another clinic in the area, one that is NOT HCA affiliated. They could not give me exact pricing for what I had received at JFK, but I can tell you it was a small fraction of what this place charged Medicare.

I came to this location because they were in network for my insurance. No one was there so the process to get to the back was immediate. The front desk staff and nurses were nice enough. However, my issue is with the doctor and his lack of willingness to do an exam. He looked at my throat only. Not my ears and didn’t listen to my chest. Sent me home saying that it was just something viral. A week later I go to my doctor because the symptoms still persisted. I had a bacterial infection that needed antibiotics. Perhaps if he had done a thorough exam and given antibiotics this could have been resolved during that visit. A waste of money and time. I won’t be going back

They took great care of my family member. Were very knowledgeable and patient with her as she can be difficult. I definitely recommend this location. It seems brand new and the staff was very friendly. Quickly in and out.

This review is about Dr. Fish specifically. The actual facility is very nice. He, however, is absolutely awful. Never been treated so poorly and degradingly in a medical facility. Dr. Fish is condescending and pompous and insists he knows a patient better than their own experiences. Will never compromise our family’s wellbeing in this facility again. We should have checked before going, as he has been previously rated one-star. Do yourself a favor and go to Jupiter Medical Center where they actually care. Dr. Fish sent us back home, stating nothing was wrong, and yet JMC admitted us the very next day, where we’ve been for a week due to the multiple health issues that were overlooked or simply ignored by Dr. Fish. Thank God we got here when we did!

I had a great experience at the HCA ER on PGA. Check-in was swift, my tests were done skillfully, and communication was clear and concise. My tech Bonnie, nurse Jamie and Dr. Poe were empathic and kind while I was in pain.
