I go to a lot of shoe places, it’s one of my hobbies. You meet all types of owners, managers, employees etc. When you know what you want, a lot of that stuff doesn’t make that much of a difference. Chris however made the experience special. He just offered knowledge and narrowed my choices rather quickly, he was very polite to my wife and I. On top of the good selection, he’s gonna be a reason that I’ll always check up on new drops at Impossible. Phil was very helpful too, he made sure I got the proper fit and again was very pleasant. The owner is a very down to earth guy too, he’s passionate about the culture ?????

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Impossible Kicks. I ordered two pairs of sneakers for my grandson based on the glowing promises of being delivered for pick-up in three business days. That was 10 days ago.
Firstly, When I contacted customer service to address these issues, I was met with shocking unprofessionalism. The staff were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to offer any reasonable solutions. One representative even continuingly talked over me up on me mid-conversation! After multiple attempts to get a resolution, I was either ignored or given the runaround.
It’s clear that Impossible Kicks does not value their customers or stand behind their products. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money. I will not be purchasing from them again and strongly advise others to steer clear. The professionalism at this store is non
