I have worked with these great people for years and they are wonderful. Very thorough, when they leave the place is just shining and the windows are clear. And when I ask them to pay special attention to something like the patios, they are always very accommodating. Great attitude!

I am very picky about cleanliness, and I have been happy with the reliability and professionalism of Luxury Maids for about 5 years. The season start up services, power washing, window cleaning, outdoor furniture set up, and deep interior clean up is top notch. Regular cleaning services are also excellent. I feel the fees are more than reasonable. Communication is great, too. Highly recommended.

First time trying Luxury Maids WPB. Never again. Just asked for Mopping Floors and doing Bathrooms, simple. Tub floors never done [2] and Master Bath sinks were done with an abrasive pad of some sort, can't remove the Scratch marks [etched]. I contacted the company and spoke to Sylvia the same day [Tuesday 7/23] Cleaning was done. Found out she is one of the owners ?. Sent Pictures, followed with Description of the problems. No response, just asked for my E-mail. Contacted her on Wednesday by text message, only response was, she will get back to me. Today is Friday [7/26]. No text, E-mail or phone call. 3 Days and Nothing. Communication...None, Problem Resolution... None. True measure of a Service business is How to handle Customer issues. Total Fail !!! 07/26 Just heard from Sylvia, Denied any issues. Surprised ? No, Will not take responsibility . We Lost our House cleaner of many years due to a move, Never had a problem. Live and learn. I Owned a Service business for 35 years and only Had 1 BBB complaint. All about Customer Service.

Called in and asked if they could send somebody just to do the floors upstairs only one room had furniture in it. I am just moving into a new house make sure they speak complete English and could we have a consult first they sent out two girls spoke English spent four hours upstairs charge me $360 for doing much of nothing then they break a mop because they cannot read the words slot pad here they tried to attach it the other end and push it in the bucket like that, they saw an expensive home and they charge a lot of money for nothing
