Cashier Kelsey didn’t like it when I asked to split the shopping items into two separate bags, had a bad time attitude, very rude. It’s been a pattern at Trader Joe’s recently: rude people working customer service jobs. The cashiers and merchandise employees have a terrible attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Customers used to think that Trader Joe’s employees were the happiest and nicest. Certainly not the case anymore.

Nice store but the lack of available parking is frustrating!!!! Build a second floor of parking to accommodate customers.

Wonderful staff! Shelves are always well stocked. Only question ... WHY is every Trader Joe's around the country have the WORST parking situations!? <lol>

I shopped at this store and overall I liked it. The staff is very friendly, the quality of the food is good and the prices are more reasonable than the Publix I normally shop at. The drawback is that this store is very crowded and the parking is tight, so prepare yourself mentally before trying to shop there for the first time.

Not sure what's going on with traders. The last 2 times I bought their organic bagged broccoli it was covered in Black rot. They seem to be so eco-friendly and yet all of the produce is in plastic bags.

It’s hard to found healthy food , the canola oil soy beans, sunflower, palm oil and many more are very bad oils .

I think Trader Joe's should have a dress policy .Nose rings and uncombed rainbow hair is unprofessional.

i always go here to get my grocery’s but the only thing is the parking lot is veryyy busy all the time and it’s really crowded

I am not a tea drinker until I tasted Trader Joe’s spiced chai tea! Loved it and was only one I would drink for years… except Ice tea. The last box I bought does not have the spicy flavor it use to have. Very disappointing they keep changing products. Loved The Hefeweisen beer and they change something about that also. Less and less reason to go to Trader Joe’s.
