Guy in costa glasses with green lenses that patrols the parking lot, absolute piece of work. Rude and disrespectful. We parked for one moment to check our GPS, in the auto garage area. The driver steps out the car to go to one of the shops across the gas station. This guy goes to yell at him about parking, before he could even give him a hard time I went on to the driver side and moved the vehicle to a gas pump thinking I can just pump gas for a moment while the driver grabs Buccan. The guy proceeded to run around the car and then finally comes up to my window where the first thing I say is “ WHY ARE YOU HARASSING US, IS IT ILLEGAL TO BE IN DRIVE INFORNT OF A GAS STATION?” He continues on about what he had to tell the driver as he was walking away, to me, when the vehicle was moved that should have been his last interaction with a potential patron. The aggression and pure persistence of being overly involved was the worst experience ever. Don’t know if he thought we were just tourist so he can get all up in our business. But based on the previous reviews. Highly do not recommend.

Rude staff, Poor service

I have consistently experienced poor service at this station, and it has become increasingly frustrating. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, especially during the busy season, when customer service seems to be a low priority.
As a local regular customer, I would have expected better treatment year-round, not just when the station is less busy. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to no longer consider myself a loyal patron. I hope management takes steps to improve their approach to customer care, as it will be critical during the quieter summer months.

Had to go back out to my car and move to a different pump because I did not pay for them to pump my gas. The sign says “save 20% self-serve”

The first Full service gas station ive seen in a very long time. Im not sure what the price per gallon is for full service, (plus tip) but i saw several vehicles stop for gas and the attendants serviced the vehicles and gassed them up, check tires, clean windows etc. this gas station is in a very posh area so if you never want to touch a gas pump again this is the station for you! They have propane as well as other garage services. 5 stars for offering “old school” seevices that no corporate station would dare try these days.

Well located and a full service gas station, almost impossible to find these days. I wanted a license plate changed and Tommy stepped up to the plate. When I asked the charge, he said there wasn't one. That made me want to tip him generously. Nice smile, pleasant, professional and he did a good and speedy job. Most thankful for this Sunoco station.

Tire popped going over a nail right around a corner. Rental company said it’d take them >2 hours to help us. Went around the corner and Gray’s fixed the tire in 5 minutes! Everyone was so nice. Exactly what we needed

I stopped here because the low fuel light went off. From the looks of the neighborhood, I thought it might be pricey. Also, I did not see until I pulled out that there was a self serve section, so I got Full Serve. That cost 5.04 per gallon when I last paid 3.47 back in the hood in Leesburg. Ouch. Why you might ask, the 4 star score then ? This is because the attendant did a very nice job of scrubbing the epoxy like Love Bug off the windshield and rear glass He didn't just mail it in, he did a nice job. Bravo my man.
