Beautiful location, excellent service. Tiffanyâs treats all customers with class and grace. My mother gave me a gift certificate for a very small gift and I really did not have a desire to spend anything more. I took it into the store and the lady at the counter took time to show me all the items I was deciding between. I ended up selecting a ring that needed to be shipped from another store. The item arrived as expected and included a holiday gift. I couldnât be happier.

My fiancé gave me the Elsa PerettiŸ Diamonds by the YardŸ bracelet (Product number: 60131449) a year or two ago for my birthday. It was incredibly special because it was the first real diamond he ever bought me. I wore it on my right wrist every day and cherished it deeply.
I have a low-impact, physical job, so it was shocking when, one day, as I was carrying something into a clientâs office, I noticed my bracelet had fallen to the floor. I thought it was strange but had someone help me clasp it back on and continued with my day. A few weeks later, the exact same thing happenedâduring another simple task, I felt the bracelet fall off again. At that point, I realized this wasnât just a coincidence.
Because the Tiffany store was over an hour away, I had to go out of my way to take the bracelet in for inspection. When I finally got there, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I expressed my concerns about the clasp, and they said if I wanted it replaced, it would cost me $85. I asked for a second opinion, and they assured me again that it was just a freak accident and that the bracelet should be fine.
Fast-forward a few months, and while I was in the Dominican Republic, the bracelet fell off again. This time, I wasnât so luckyâit was gone. I lost a piece of jewelry that wasnât very old and held immense sentimental value.
I firmly believe this was no fault of my own but a failure on Tiffanyâs part. For the price I paid, the clasp should have been replaced or repaired as a courtesy, especially given that the bracelet wasnât that old. This experience has left me feeling devalued as a customer.
I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken. That bracelet was more than jewelry to meâit was my âwedding braceletâ and a symbol of an incredibly special moment in my life. Tiffany has lost my trust, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
If youâre reading this, I urge you to consider buying jewelry from a different retailer. For the price Tiffany charges, their service and quality control should reflect the premium they claim to provide. Sadly, in my experience, they do not.

My experience was wonderful. When I walked in I was greeted nicely. I went into get my bracelets shined. I also wanted to buy a wedding gift. When I had a question, it was answered. I enjoyed my experience overall.

I was disappointed by the service. I went in to buy a gift and knew what I wanted, but I would have loved to see more of the Hardware line . The woman was not familiar, had a hard time sorting through inventory.

My friend and I were greeted immediately upon entering store. A lady named Renee (not sure of spelling of her name) assisted us and made the experience wonderful! She has a great personality and itâs obvious she loves her job. She knows that every person who walk through the door is a potential customer.The experience I had with Renee will cause me to visit this store specifically to make a future purchases. I prefers Cartier diamonds but now, itâs Tiffanyâs because of Reneeâs personality!There is nothing like EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Renee!!! â„ïžâ„ïžâ„ïž

Heads up to any queer folks! My grandparents live on Palm Beach; I've been coming here my whole life. Today, my partner went into this Tiffany location on Worth Ave. while I was working. She inquired about engagement rings. She was with our friend (a man). The sales associate assumed that my partner and our friend were dating (or else made an assumption that my partner is straight) - and thus was very helpful in helping them look at rings. But when it came to the sales associate's attention that my partner was actually shopping for me (a woman), the sales associate's demeanor completely changed, she walked away from my partner, and made a nasty face as my partner and our friend walked out of the store. It was very obviously a homophobic reaction. It's too bad that Tiffany doesn't want our business.
