My experience with Dr. Bob Marrazzo and Dr. Kimberly Marrazzo over the last 5 years has been wonderful. They have vast knowledge and provide excellent care to my cats. I had a wonderful 23 year old cat they cared for. They treated him like he was one of their own until he passed away. The staff is friendly, caring and gentle with the cats. I love that the office is calm and quiet for the cats to reduce their stress. Even my most fearful cat doesn't stress out like he used to at other clinics. The staff uses low-stress handling techniques. I recommend this practice to anyone who has a kitty furbaby they love.

Great team of professionals. Dr Reinhardt was very knowledgeable and caring. Daisy was for the first time in her life comfortable and calm during a wellness visit.

This place is amazing! They calmed me down during an emergency and took great care of my baby. My cats have always had a hard time at vets because people don't leash their dogs and I somehow always have an appointment when there is a loose dog in an office. I loved seeing a cat hospital and my girl was actually good during her time here... like she knew these were cat people. Thank you for taking care of my baby! Both of them will be coming here from now on!

I fell into the trap of thinking they are specialists with cats which I was prepared to have the care priced a bit higher. The staff are wonderful and that's where it stops. My senior cat is at the end, he is clearly a shadow of his former self, is having all sorts of issues, and yes he still wants love, but it's time and that's a difficult thing to even type. To schedule a time to bring him in to have him put to sleep they are requiring blood work, MRI's, all sorts of tests which will cost into the thousands and that's BEFORE the $400+ to put him to sleep. Go elsewhere they are no different than any other vet clinic you will visit and you won't get charged an arm and a leg to care for your best furry friend.

Do not bring your cat here! Way overpriced $$. Not any more specialized than any other veterinarian. I brought my cat here because I wanted to try a new vet. The name was catchy. I carried my dying cat into the lobby and waited over 5 minutes. No one was around. Finally, I had to go into the back and yell for someone to help me. After another couple minutes, somebody came out and rudely said that they were in a meeting or something. He went for a recurring issue, and in fact, the Cat Hospital was four times the amount of the last vet for the exact same issue. They didn't do anything different nor are they any more qualified than any other vet, which is unjustified for the amount that they charged me. My cat was in their care for just one day and they told me that if they keep him overnight, they couldn't guarantee that he will be alive in the morning. One day at the Cat Hospital cost me $2800 which is ridiculous. Don't be fooled by the catchy name like I did. The veterinarian there is driving a nice luxury car.

Bad experience here for boarding my cat, unfortunately. One of the staff at the front desk was extremely rude the day I dropped off my cat. She questioned me about not having paperwork when another staff member had told me that everything was set. Then there was a loose cat in the lobby who chewed into my new bag of prescription cat food. When picking up my cat I noticed his bedding was disheveled & not the way I requested. They did offer me a bag of cat food to take home but later I checked the expiration date & it had expired 6 months ago. Frustratingexperience here for quite a lot of money :(

This is the best place we’ve found for ensuring our kitty’s health. We’ve been bringing our two Ragdolls to Dr. Mazzarro for over five years. We switched from our dog’s vet when we realized going to the vet was already stressful for our fur babies, then add the errant dogs and barking?.It was just common sense to bring them to an ‘All-kitty facility’. Then when we met the doctor we knew we made the right choice with The Cat Hospital at Palm Harbor. So caring, professional and knowledgeable. And true lover of cats!
