This is your typical CVS. It is our local CVS and it is all that you can expect from your neighborhood CVS. The customer service representative at the register is always pretty friendly. Although I have not really encountered the same one twice. I cannot speak to the pharmacy as I have not used those services. I would be happy to shop here.

Been vaxed by pharmacy twice and they are very pleasant and efficient. I can't understand why a busy store located in a very popular shopping center would not have shopping carts. I asked female sales associate about it and she told me the carts have"disappeared" and not been replaced.

When you call it takes 3 minutes just to wait for a person to answer. They send you to corporate who then send you back to the store. Nice way to waste ten minutes.

This is in regards to the Pharmacy. I have had the same medication, dosage, and quantity for about 5 months+. For the past 3 or 4 months they have refilled the wrong medication dosage and/or quantity. Multiple times I have told them on the phone and in person what the dosage and quantity is. It has not changed. I have waited several times now while they refill it again wrong. I have also asked for the auto fill date to change both in person and on the phone and they never change it. Even though they say they will. The blonde lady is nice, the Asian man, & the Muslim girl (do not know there names). However, Antonio needs to not talk about customers when they are in ear shot and get better customer service skills. I will not go to this CVS anymore.

Alicia and staff always have a smile that’s hard to do dealing with so many sick people like the “prophetess Tanya” who’s full of it.I’m the Prophet John and i’m prophesying that your a bigot and a race hustler begging for money in the name of the lord or your just plain crazy.

I'm not sure which pharmacy the person above is going to, but CVS have always been courteous to me whenever I am in their store. i started going because my insurance plan is connected with them and I can get a good many of my product/ scripts for free. Even if I didn't have the CVS / Aetna deal, I would use CVS on 700 East Lake because of their helpfulness.

Most unhygienic bathroom I've seen in a CVS. Toilet paper isn't secured, so it can just roll all over the floor in this tiny bathroom. Same with paper towels. Awful. The store part is good, though. Lots of useful products. But how can anyone, especially workers, stay healthy/hygienic, particularly during covid? Concerning.

This cvs is receiving defective oral B electric toothbrushes. Their own cvs electric toothbrushes are defective as well.

I love CVS and had great experiences in other stores, but not in this one, well there are good employees here, but yesterday I felt very uncomfortable with one in particular, JANA, while I was checking out with another cashier, she went to the computer screen and started writing something, I think it was personal information like the card number and name, she wrote something down too while checking out my sister, I think that is ILLEGAL, I have heard from others that she and the manager of this store don’t like couponers and have done this before, we did nothing wrong, she doesn’t know what needs we have, I actually was using just 3 CVS coupons( from their red machine) and paid with ECBS and a CVS gift card that I earned from previous deals, she made me and my sister feel like we were robbing the store, hellooo, why do you have a machine giving store coupons???? if you use them is like you are stealing something, if you make deals from the AD it is like you are stealing in their eyes!!! It is just ridiculous!! They need a serious training!!!!!

Well the pharmacy staff is great, however do not shop at the store they put up sale signs and deals only to try and trick you into paying g a different price at the register! The woman even marched me back to where I got the item only to realize it was in fact the price I said it was... she then said well you’re not getting it for that price!!! I've had several incidences with the pharmacy manager Alicia and with a few of the pharmacy technicians. Alicia is very racist, rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. The latest incident was today. I find that there are differences in treatment based on the color of your skin. It doesn't matter what your socioeconomic or professional status is, the fact of the matter is if you're not caucasian you're not welcome by Alicia some of the pharmacy staff. I had to ask the pharmacy technicians many times how is it that you remember my name and date of birth when I am being serviced. I have been treated unfairly, indifferent and unjustly and would like to see change effective immediately.
