Not impressed at all. And the little things in this business that really reflect on a large scale can really improve..Getting back to the Basics: have proper signage on products. Very easy! A lot of wasted time, poor time management spent onharassing the customers, being pushy, abrasive and condescending and getting followed around the store and reminded of the time they close often…getting interrupted and asked the same questions, even when I am on a business call. As I respond to said employee or “Manager” and say, if I need help I will ask…thank you. But no. I get zero respect. I get the same harassment over and over. Harassment as I state, because the line where you give good customer service, has been crossed.I’d you want to experience this than come on down to Sallys in Palm Harbor, as this is what you may get…I am in my 30s and about 20 years younger than the woman I speak of… and I believe that may be the issue.But, Being in the industry for over 20 years myself and also customer service, even longer… I am disgusted in the behavior of one specific individual whom always interrupts customers and is super obnoxious. It’s rude, disrespectful, unprofessional on every level.

Stopped in to my Sally's in countryside,but they were out of my favorite ash brow eyebrow pencil. Called this location on 19 in palm harbor and Renae had 3 of them and was nice enough to hold them for me! Ran right over and not only got my eyebrow pencils,but had a nice chat with a really nice lady...thanks Renae!

Ran by this morning to get stuff to start the process of dying my daughter's hair blonde the guy (wish I got his name he deserves the recognition) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process so much easier I came in not knowing much but having an idea of what I wanted to do..... and left feeling extremely confident and excited to start the process! He gave me great tips and tricks for her hair as well as a few awesome products that I wouldn't have known about without his help he definitely went above and beyond and was very patient and kind I definitely appreciate it it really does make the difference because of this I will be a returning customer instead of choosing to go elsewhere these kinds of employees are a gem that deserve the recognition SBS owners take note... Thank you for your help this morning!

The woman working at the palm harbor Sally's store is very rude! My friend and I were shopping there today, and I can not believe how we were just treated. For starters she followed us around like a hawk when we told her we didn't need any help. Once a few more customers entered the store she tended to them. We went up to the cash register to pay and that is when she became incredibly rude to my friend rushing her and telling us "I have other customers. " I will NEVER shop here again..and we ended up leaving all of our items on the counter and leaving

Employee was incredibly helpful! Disappointed in stock. I have been trying to get the 4 sided nail file for several months now. They finally had 2 in stock so I bought them both! Also, Gelish gel polish had VERY limited colors available.Again, employee was helpful beyond belief!

There are stores in the district that are not opening on time. I’ve been sitting in front of this store for more then an hour even though online, by phone and on their door it says they are supposed to open at 10 am. When you call to talk to a store team member, they let the phone ring and ring and then answer and immediately hang up. I have been shopping at Sally’s for years and this is just outright rude and something needs to be done. I’ve watched customer after customer walk up to the door try to open it and get mad because this store is supposed to be open at 10 am and clearly states on the door. This is just wrong so wrong!

I'm in town visiting family for a wedding the little chunky girl with the green blue hair was so amazing! I hate my gray roots. But I didn't want to dye my hair. This little petal took the time to make sure I knew exactly what to do. If I'm ever in town again I hope she is still working for sally. Thank you sally for having such hard little worker bees.

Ask for Christine! She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Christine saved me from a hair nightmare! The store is clean organized and well stocked. I went with my daughter who also selected a few items and had no problem locating them. Christine knew exactly what products we needed! Thank you Christine. We'll be back!
