I recently visited GNC and had an exceptional experience.Not only did I pick up their protein and super greens, but the staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I selected the products perfectly aligned with my goals. If you want someone to help you make sense of what you need, this store is the answer. Their genuine interest in my fitness journey and expert guidance truly stood out.I wholeheartedly recommend GNC to anyone looking for supplements and outstanding customer service.

The staff at this store provide excellent customer service. I have visited this location twice now, and both times, the staff have taken the time to answer my questions and help me understand the ins and outs of each product I was interested in. This will be my go-to GNC location from now on.

This GNC location is very disappointing. They are constantly out of stock on many items. The sales associates definitely give off the feeling that they do not want to be there or do not want to help you.Do not waste your gas shopping this location.

I shop at this location all the time, but for some reason for the past 4 days they have been closing early. Yesterday I had it with them. Luckily I was able to catch them and when I got to the door it was locked. One associate saw me and turned her back to me. I checked the time on my phone and in the store and it said 8:00Pm that it’s closed, I was there at 7:40 and they had already locked up. Mind you the LED OPEN lights were still on. So I called the store, I had no problem if they answered the phone and examples why they aren’t taking any more customers but instead they ended the call on their end. I keep calling and knocking for the next 10 mins, then another associate came out about 20 feet away and signaled they were closed it was only 7:49 by then. I told them that the sign says 8 and so does online but they refused to communicate or open the door. Those associates are thieves. Stealing time from loyal GNC customers and stealing money from GNC by closing 30 mins early and not allowing GNC customers to make purchases when the store should have stayed opened. I mean it’s not even a holiday, why did the associates close the store early. That was really an inconvenience for me. I’m disappointed.

Continually pesters you about their promotions and are kind of salty when you don’t sign up for them. Was there the other day at 1pm and all the lights were on but when I went to open the door, it was locked.....at 1pm. Never giving GNC my money again.

I went in to reup alllll my stuff. I couldn’t find what I normally buy. The manager, I’m assuming it’s the manager because she was literally interviewing a kid, did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. I walked around to give them a few because I’m not that type of person, still nothing. Not even a I’ll be with you in just a moment. I end up standing close to the counter to make it obvious to her, that I am in need of assistance and her cellphone call to another manager was not urgent in the moment (she told the kid “give me one second let me call ___ I know he is needing to hire someone right now”)She was legit having an interview with this kid. Asking what his availability, age, education, etc.I ended up leaving without buying anything because I was in there for a good 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. Never again, will I purchase anything from this store. It was always my go to location. She ruined it.UNPROFESSIONAL

--witness here-- Lady who gave this a one star is off her rocker. I was a witness to her encounter with the short caucasian manager she speaks of. She was quite impatient and full of steam to start. She barges into the store demanded an exchange of a product that was purchased many months ago and expired. The manager simply informed her of the return policy and she didn't like it.she Felt entitled to a return and didnt get it. instead of acting like an adult, she followed up with body shaming insults to the manager calling him a fat f***. He told her to have a wonderful day. And her last words to him were " get fu**ed." Very entertaining. Great store though. Staff has been helpful to me for many years. Highly reccomend stopping in if you have any questions. Very knowledgable.
