I am very upset and disappointed with the boss of this business, very bad job on the passport photos and I lost three days and my work hours etc and even so I was not satisfied because he wanted to charge me double for the service which was a bad job, In the end I left upset and without quality in my photos, I do not recommend this place for this type of work,
Very nice words but the reality is that your second photo was bad, said by my notary who has experience in these procedures, it is assumed that if he offers that service you should know that the photo was bad and when I called him in the afternoon he told me that If you repeat the photo and my annoyance is because you made me go to your business in the morning and when I was there you told me that I would have to pay again for a service that I had already paid for and very bad for you because you made me lose a day of work and in the end I had to leave without a photo, I have no experience in that service, for me it is very clear, the one who should know if the photograph is correct is you and those in charge and if you don't know, find out about it because you are offering a service and charging for it and in the end with very poor quality that it was difficult for him to do his job well, I did not ask for anything more than a good photo, that facial expression could not be and the other one, I don't even call it fatal.
