This Wawa is by the far the worst Wawa I have ever been to. This morning I asked the lady for more caramel sauce because she put the tiniest amount. She said it went to the bottom, i checked there was little to none. I told her I’d literally pay for it, I just wanted it to my liking. To my surprise, she grabs the caramel sauce container and starts drowning my drink with it to the point where the cold foam is running down the sides. I quickly go to the counter and clean it up. Then the lady calls my number to tell me my toast is ready and says “have a great day” with a big smile with “thank you for coming”. I could tell she was overcompensating for the grinch of a barista. I will literally never come back here again and I urge everyone to stay. Luckily, my drink was perfect✨ no thanks to her though!!

This was a great location when they first opened but since pre-covid to now, it has been going down. Every time I visit, I am reminded why I take the extra time to go to another location over this one.I place coffee orders online and it’s not made right. They just use regular or decaf and add flavoring thinking it’s the same as the flavored brew coffee. It is not, there’s a big difference. The mobile app order can say Hazelnut coffee (brew) and add half n half and they’ll make regular coffee and add hazelnut flavor and add milk. Don’t do this to your customers please, specific combinations have specific tastes so just make it as instructed. I once asked the staff member how it was prepped after so many mistakes and improper taste and came to find out it’s laziness regarding making another container of “Columbian” “Hazelnut”or “Cuban”. Disappointing.I also decided to purchase the steel thermos/tumbler from this location because then my coffee would be for less. That’s how it was marketed when they first came out. There’s literally prices stickers by the coffee station that show the breakdown. Well, boy at register always charges full price and says no, that is the price and having a Wawa metal tumbler doesn’t make a difference so he can’t undo it. Very well, I trust the staff is trained and knowledgeable therefore as customers, we would appreciate the false advertising! Consistency would be nice but again and again, the only thing consistent with this location and the remainder of why not to waste our time coming for anything other than gas.

Don’t ever order from these.people. They have no kindness here & they always poor & stay out of almost everything you try to order. But dats the crazy part ain’t all Wawa get truck deliveries from the same people but yet this one is always out of food or drinks. And when you do order something it’s never right & they are unfriendly to customers. Half don’t smile or greet you. If ask me they coulda kept this location to themselves or close it down. Trust me we the people want miss a thing…

Omg ? so cold hearted ? I just watch dis lady bring back her drink to tell dem dat it was the wrong one dat she always would order but there was a mistake. Omg they were so cold toward her & told her dat she would have to pay again. I said to my husband where is the compassion & grace at. All they had to do is just exchange it for her.. ??♀️ it wasn’t gonna hurt nothing.. For now on I will be going to race track or another different Wawa because it is clear the manager @ dis one don’t have no compassionate in her heart ❤️ on stuck on money ??

I was very impressed with Jessy, General Manager. The store has a friendly environment and I was impressed with their cleanliness and how well stocked all looked. Breakfast catered by Wawa for 40 people was outstanding!!! We loved the sandwiches and coffee! Thank you!

JESSE MUST BE FIRED OR HELD REPRESONBILE. He discriminated with my son yet Chad who works there Aw EVERYRHINF My son went in to pull money out. The atm wouldn’t give him his money. JESSE who claims to run the store told him they have nothing to do with it call the card. He was extremely rude yelled at my son and told my son get out of the store. All when my 15 year old son literally had question my husband is Wayne Laporte my name is Sandy Collier. My son knows everyone that works there and has a good relationship and is never rude to them. For this man to be this rude. He deserves to be fired and putting his hands on a MINOR. I want cooperate to give me a call. He does not deserve to work there in fact anywhere with that attitude there were 4 witnesses that all saw who I will make sure my lawyer contact and pulled me aside outside saying JESSE was literally being disrespectful and threatening and telling my 15 son he’s going to call the cops don’t come back in his store. HE MUST BE fired or this is going all the way to cooperate oh wait it already yes good thing I got my son a recorder for his birthday to record the whole incident

One of the night managers (not kimi) is ridiculous. Why would you complain that a customer comes into your store to buy gas, food, something from beverage or liquor. THE POINT IS IM SPENDING MONEY IN YOUR STORE.... That's how you keep the business going, right??? & yes give my Wife a hug and kiss because we both have time demanding lives so we don't get to see each other. I don't distract her from her job though. She still runs around and does EVERYONES JOB. When we are cops we are going to come into Wawa & laugh. GOD doesn't like ugly though! ill pray for you.

They take my money and I don't get any gas or my money back, th3 manager was very rude and said is nothing she can do about it ( I BET you she take the money for her self )I highly recommend no to come to this store unless you wanna give up you money to a thiefWen I ask the manager for her name she do not give it to me I wander why so sh3 can b3 identifyStore # 5227The address is 3288 s millitary trail palm springs FL 33461This is unacceptable I'm on the parking lot of th3 store because I have no gas or money because she take it all my money and refused to give m3 my money back or my gasI can see people trying to put gas and going inside immediately with problemsDo not come here or this thieves will rob you also

As a native Floridian, I was so excited to see Wawas popping up, a few years back. But I have tried five different times and three different Wawas… and it’s safe to say that this company sucks.The final straw was yesterday; I waited in line to buy my drink.. I give the MANAGER my drink ticket, Him and I make small talk about Boba and my drink choice.. I asked him to add an extra dollar of the Boba and he couldn’t figure out how to do that. Anyway… after I’ve waited in the line paid for my drink, and then stood over in the drink white line for 19 minutes… the rude young lady behind the drink counter Snaps at me “ what are you waiting for??” I handed her my ticket and she said oh yeah, I’m not making that because we don’t have Boba. We’re not carrying Boba anymore. ?Oooook.Wawa has THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A GAS STATION. The staff is extremely unprofessional, including the manager at this particular location. At the other two locations near me, the staff was equally as unhelpful and unprofessional.And I’m not asking for a lot, I go there and order a NORMAL drink they offer (no changes) and all five times the drink was messed up. And I watched the young lady behind the counter, digging her hands into everything back there without any gloves or even an apron.Considering I made the mistake of choosing Wawa for my gas and drink that day, I waited 20 minutes for no reason; but I had the opportunity to watch the three women behind the counter, two at the food, and one in the drinks … disgusting. Wawa is DIRTIER THAN A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT; the nasty girl with a bad attitude, touched 10 different ingredients, barehanded, without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I didn’t even see gloves in the building. After I informed the manager that he doesn’t even carry Boba and he needs to reset my gas pump because I’ve been in here for 22 minutes now…. He begrudgingly gave me a refund for the drink.I got station offers a variety of food and drinks, but at what cost? And every time I go there it’s the same people behind the food counter. I was a server for over 10 years; I don’t know where Wawa came from, but y’all should go back. Smh Thanks for nothing .
