I often dread going to a car dealership. I always feel pressured and constantly finding myself trying to get out of conversation. However that is not how I felt coming to Bay Hyundai. I didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale and the associate (Simon) went above and beyond helping us find the best deal. He was genuine and he never tried to push a sale.

It is so refreshing to find a business that really believe in standing by their word and their product. I brought my daughter's Hyunday Santa Fe with an engine knock sensor issue. Brian at the service department sent a tow truck to my daughter's house to pick up her vehicle, had the motor replaced, and even offered a rental while the vehicle was being repaired. Amazing service, and more importantly, a man of his word and a company of its word. Hard to find honest businesses now a days. Highly, highly recommend it.
