I've called twice, left a message the first time for Karen, and was told she'd call back before the end of the day. The second time, I left a message, and I haven't heard back as of yet. - The first call was the last week of September and the 2nd was the first week of October. Today is October 13th, and frankly, I expected this exact outcome. Many businesses operate on this type of ethic, the rest of us simply must put up with it.
