Store manager was absolutely the worst. I came in to get a SIM card for my iPad and instantly she was very rude with an attitude. I let her know that I will be going to another store for customer service and she was completely okay with that. Zero customer service support. Just ran a customer away.

Knowledgeable staff. When it comes to mobile devices, there's a lot to know. I found that the staff was pretty up to date about the devices being sold. I was impressed as they helped me find the right device after I told them my needs and wants. I ended up choosing a OnePlus device and i couldn't have been happier. OP sells blazing fast devices for the power user like me.

There's always just one person working at this location. Nothing wrong with the service there I just think they should have two people working.

The one ? is only because I can not rate a zero. My daughter went there this morning with her boyfriend to update her phone. When the associate, Connie mistakenly thought my daughter went to the car with her boyfriend to get her phone case, she told her co- worker that she didn't like those people and then preceded to mock my daughter's voice while saying the exact same sentence that my daughter had said about not needing to purchase a phone case. This is so rude and had I been there, I would have definitely called her out on it. I am currently on the phone with Cricket making a formal complaint about this associate.I actually went to the store less than a week later to personally make a complaint to the store manager since I had tried calling multiple times with no answer. Low and behold, guess who is the manager? CONNIE! I was super shocked. I also was unable to speak with her, she was not working that day. I ask for the regional manager's number. The sales associate could not give it to me but he did call the regional manager, who did not speak with me nor ever give me a call. Again, poor business etiquette.

Austin was great the clients before us where being jerks to him and making a ruckus but he handled it super well. When we got to the counter my teenager was buying his 1st phone with his money and setting up his own phone line, Austin was super handling it. It was a great experience thank you.

Had a problem with my phone. Walked in to meet 2 pleasant representatives of Cricket. They both were very kind. They fixed my phone in no time. It was so major to me but they made it a minor problem and fixed it. Awesome service

Works well in Panama City but Cricket service not good for areas of Florida north of hwy 90. Very poor signal when traveling north. We regularly travel to Sneads, Bonifay, Marianna, and Crestview installing flooring and that has been our experience with the cricket service.
