My Lexus left me stranded only 30 miles outside of Panama City at the beginning of the trip home. The Auto repair guy recommended Taylors Towing, they arrived within a short time of being called. The driver was extremely polite and efficient. He was able to get my vehicle to the Toyota dealer in Panama City before they closed. Thanks for making a difficult situation easier for us.

Towing services are not something I thought I would need. My very dependable truck suprised me, left me stranded and in need of help. I called a mechanic friend who agreed to take a look at it as soon as I could get the truck to him. He recommended Taylor towing. I called and they responded immediately. The driver arrived quickly in a very well maintained tow truck. He was very skilled, careful with my truck, and extremely polite.

Decided they wanted to deliver my neighbors car at 10:08pm, that’s fine.
Leaving the truck in reverse, BEEPING, for 10 minutes is not fine. It was a simple 3 point turn for him, shouldn’t have taken more than a minute. It’s after 10pm & that loud, constant beep would have woken anyone up, including my baby.
The driver was too busy talking to control the beeping, it took my husband walking out there & complaining for him to turn it off.
Learn how to operate that truck, my guy.

Hit a pothole in Panama City Beach that nearly ripped the passenger rear wheel off my SUV. Local dealership recommended Taylor's Towing, so I called them. The person who answered was friendly and honest about the amount of time it would take him to meet me. He called once to check on me after we set the appointment. When he got there, he was very professional and got my vehicle on the truck without any further damage. He gave me a ride to the dealership and was very professional and friendly. After having had a very bad day, it was an absolute pleasure meeting and dealing with the driver. I definitely recommend them.
