I had the pleasure of shopping at the Panama City location back in October. As usual I was overwhelmed and couldn't find what I was looking for on my own. Then "Rock Star" employee, Nicole Pentland, offered to help me. She was amazingly patient and kind. She knew the store, checked inventory, and she even helped me to order an out of stock item and had it sent to my home. It was so nice to have a store associate that was so well versed in the products and my options. Her kindness and extraordinary customer service will have me shopping at this location for all my beauty necessities.

I always come here for my haircut and I always ask for Sam. A good listener w a steady hand.

I shop here all the time, I am a platinum member. But, after today I probably won't be back!! Not the best shopping experience!! Was charged for an item and not even in my bag when I got home also 2 items of the same product were in the bag. Then, the girl who was originally waiting on me, starting helping someone else on another register before I was even completed with my transaction. This is probably why I was missing product and over charged. I called immediately spoke with the girl who waited on me, who was so apologetic and felt bad, I wasn't being rude just wanted it corrected, so I was told to come back, they would take care of it, and the girl (Farah) apologized and said they would have a little gift when I get there for their error, over charge and missing item in my bag! I get there & Kayla was less than friendly and actually quite rude to me. Almost accusing me of stealing. I'm sorry, I make to much money and spend to much in that store to be treated that way & also the "manager " told someone they weren't giving anything out for their SCREW UP!! This was over $30.00 of an over charge to me!! Plus, having to drive all the way back there. Kayla needs a little customer service experience, because she lacks all of it!! Way to lose a customer over your royal screw up!!

I could have cut my hair at home and did a better job. my hair was butchered shorter than I wanted and lacking style or artistry. even the styling was done very poorly. it will take at least a year to grow out. I reached out and asked for a refund. they asked me to send photos of my haircut and the picture I showed the stylist of what I wanted. the photos of my hair cut looked BAD and I was so sure they would have some empathy and remedy the situation but no they determined that my hair was "close enough". I can't believe I wasted my money here. I added photos here of my bad haircut since Ulta had me take and send these photos for NO REASON. this is what they left me with. this is their standard.

Cera and Farrah were both so incredibly kind, knowledgable, and helpful during my visit. I couldn't have asked for better with my search and their suggestions. I was introduced to a few new favorite products! Thank you again girls!

Kayla is actually a very rude employee. My visit today was not the best, they screwed up my purchase charged for 2 of 1 item and missing products in my bag after I got home. Call the store immediately and was told to come back and they would fix it & have a little gift for their mistakes and the hassle of having to come back. This was $30.00 in an over charge. I was treated so poorly, like I was stealing. First of all, I make to much money and spend way to much money in this store to be treated that way, and being a platinum reward member reflects that, but after the way Kayla treated I won't be back anytime soon. Oh, and never got a little gift like I was told, guess the "manager " said no not giving you anything even though it was their $30.00 mistake!! Way to go!! Way to lose a once loyal customer!!

On Saturday, October 19, 2024 I came in and purchased 7 items that came to $290.14. I used my debit card to purchase. The register said "approved - thank you." However, because the machine did not ask how I'd like the reciept, I was told that the sale didn't go through. I showed them in my banking app that it did go through. The girl at the register refused to give me my products or refund my money, so I felt forced to pay again. When I walked out of the store, I checked my banking app and there were two charges for $290.14! I walked back in and this time spoke to the manager who said she could not refund my money since I didn't have two reciepts! The girl who rang me up confirmed that I had only one bag of products! It was their equipment that failed! I explained NICELY that this was wrong. The manager told me that Ulta would refund the money if indeed both charges went through. I explained that I work and live 1.5 hours away. I'll be a Karen for sure when I drive back over their this evening.

They try to close early all the time and get mad or aggressive when you come in around and hour before close. I can't help that I want to feel pretty but also get off later in the evening from work. Also if you're wearing a work uniform of any sort, they follow you around the store. I'm gonna assume bc they think you're gonna steal. Customer service is okay, the younger ladies are nice but the older women are short with you. Also one of them is constantly taking smoke breaks out front and littering. Not good practice.

I was that customer who came into Ulta in Panama City, FL with about 15 minutes until closing—and to make matters worse, I had items to return/exchange. I didn’t leave until after closing, I was the last customer. Instead of rushing me along or reminding me of the time, Marissa, Sara(h), and another sales associate provided excellent service. They didn’t make me feel rushed or seem irritated. Marissa went above and beyond by explaining how the products work, and Sarah helped as needed while managing the store's closing. I’m quick to call out bad service, but I want to highlight the great experiences, starting with this one. I shop at this store frequently and I’ve consistently received great service. I’ll be back real soon to speak with the skincare consultant and spend more money!
Also, shout out to Shanika, who consistently does a fantastic job on my brows!

Shanika DEVOURED my eyebrows and left no crumbs!! She did such a phenomenal job. I got them waxed and tinted, I was a little nervous about getting them tinted as it was my first time but they look amazing. She was super professional and friendly. 11/10 recommend. I’ll definitely be returning.

Today I went, all the people who work there have no professional ethics, I won't spend my money again 💰 my money 💰 and the clients pay them, they don't even say hello when you enter the store 🏬 so mediocre, don't curve, I don't recommend it and when the person doesn't She speaks English without being racist, but they do know how to collect my money 💰 She doesn't speak English or Spanish, they are all bitter that they don't work

I love shopping here because returns are very easy and the staff is very nice. The manager let me return shampoo that was Half used but wasn't working well with my hair and I got a full refund
