This car wash is efficient and cleaned my car wonderfully. I love the station to vacuum and wipe out your car. The vacuum were very strong and worked well. There were plenty of towels and supplies to wipe out your vehicle and clean your windows.Services: Auto detailing

I am a vet and on 11/11 they gave me a top of the line car wash. Now that is a GREAT way to say "Thank you for your service." You are now my regular car wash.

I Had went thru the car wash and my car was still covered in soap. The weekend manager came over to me and asked if everything was ok . I told him no look at my car. I grabbed some towels and started wiping down my car . The young man offered me a free car wash the next time I come in, because I was running late for an appointment. I went today and asked for him . He previously had wrote down my name and phone number and assured me I would be in the system for a free car wash. Today he said sorry I don’t remember telling you that .He said I remember you but I won’t wash your car for free. The young man working with him, said just give it to her. The manager made me feel like I was a liar and made up the whole thing . I live nearby and will be going somewhere else in the future!!!

The vacs have major power and per my request, the guys sent me through the wash without the rags slapping my convertible instead it was a gentle drag. They even pressure washed my back rubber mats. Highly recommend this car wash!

Great vacuums, wet cleaning rags and plenty of cleaners! They actually came and took my molded mats and pressure washed them. The gentleman working the parking lot was so kind!!

Absolutely love their sign they have up today. “Don’t be so open minded that your brain falls out” is the best one yet. Also a great place to get a great car detail! Very hard workers, great facility, and wonderful customer service.

My van has never been this clean by a car wash placew before. I most definitely would recommend and go back myself to the Waterworx Carwash Panama City Beach, FL. Thank you for the amazing service.

The staff damaged the camera before the car went through the tunnel. The employee acted like they didn't do it, didn't tell me or anybody. When I brought it to their attention they got my name and number, said somebody would call me. They said Waterworx was on top of stuff like this, but after reading the other reviews and no phone call 2 days later, I'm sharing my photos of the OEM camera from my car that was hit by the brush attendant. No reimbursement or resolution. Have to repair this myself.

One of the best car washes I've been to in a long time. Cleaning supplies were stocked and the car wash left my baby spotless. I can say the tire wash/shine part didn't last long

After spending $20 for a wash I wasn’t happy at all because of all the dirt left behind. I called a worker to show him and instead of giving me another wash he gave me attitude! Too many new car wash places to bother going back to this one. I won’t waste my money here no more

We took our New Mercedes through the carwash, while in the carwash they were doing repairs to it, something must've been loose and scratched the hood of our car. We brought it to the managers, district manager and owners attention and even with their own staff telling them that the scratch was not there upon entry of the carwash they still refuse to take care of it. Not to mention we paid for the ceramic seal package and everytime we went through there the computer would never read our tag so we had to sit and wait for someone to let us in. After paying 42.79 for the membership we never received that wash because the employees would manually put us in on a wheel wash package.

This place was great. I think what stood out most is that after your wash when given the opportunity to detail your vehicle with vacuum etc, real cloths are provided vs the scratchy paper towels at most other car washes I've been to. This eliminates all the excess lint. We had a great experience

I was pleased by the cleanliness and ease of use of the entire facility. All areas were cleaned and neat although the restroom lacked hand soap. The 2 employees that I made eye contact with were professsional and smiling and made me feel as a valued customer. I would return to this location and recommend to others.Service: Vacuuming

Don't waste your time ever coming back to this place. I have been using 23rd and LH since I began driving. Last week they damaged my brand new truck and are now refusing to fix the issue. Stating that the "District Manager will not allow us." Plenty of other great car washes in the area that appreciate your business.
