Hands down best gym in Panama City. Atmosphere is great, staff is very knowledgeable and they keep the equipment well maintained. You hardly ever seen any machines out of order unlike other gyms in the area. Been going here for almost 3 years and I plan on staying.

Floor ties loose, bathrooms are muggy and hot. Showers have mold. Equipment is too close together. Paying fancy prices for a gym that you hate using.

Great price for unlimited classes 6 days a week! Also if you need a little more motivation, personal training sessions are very affordable! Amazing staff to keep you inspired.I love this gym, definitely has helped me keep myself on track.

They literally stole my money at this place. The young man named Patric, who affiliates you and does not speak to you or warn you about the meaningless "annual" charges. The most expensive, smallest and tightest gym in the world. The man who cleans seems to be chasing everyone. He doesn't clean where the empty equipment is... no, he cleans where there are people working. It's a disaster, including people walking around the gym in their underwear looking at themselves in the mirrors... the worst thing I've ever experienced. I don't recommend it at all.

We just joined, and while the gym has some decent equipment, the reason I give it 4 stars is because of the clients that go there and have zero gym etiquette. I have never been to a gym where so many guys walk around with no shirts or shoes. Plus, so many of them just hog up equipment while texting on their phones and can't clean up after themselves. For those of us who really want to work out, the amount of socializing that occurs at this gym makes it difficult. While I'm not for a gym with a bunch of silly rules, it would be nice to enforce some common sense gym etiquette.

If you want to play and socialize without actually breaking a sweat, then this is the perfect gym. The gym itself is ok. It didn't have everything my husband and I needed, so we didn't choose there. But the people inside were definitely a part of why. Way too social and people just standing around, taking up machines to just talk. If you actually work out at the gym, I'd choose somewhere else, like Fitness 360.

I really like this place. They don't have weird rules like some places. Heaven forbid you wanna do dead lifts or you grunt and make noises. They really do pack a lot of equipment in their location. Granted I'm able to adjust my schedule to come at times that are a little more light. All the machines work and they try hard at keeping the place clean and clean towels for everyone. I only don't give it a five star because it's just lacking because of it's size

Wow! This fitness center is amazing! Tim, the owner & his staff are all super friendly & so knowledgeable! They have an area in the gym that mom's can leave their kiddos to be watched while they work out!! So convenient...Love it! Definitely would recommend!!!
