This is probably one of the worst banks. I walked in to open an account 2 people there doing nothing and they told me I had to make an appointment. Really! No one wants to work anymore. Zero stars from me.

I wish I could give them zero starI had to review something in my accounts call mom I tried to call that branch for three hours nobody answer.So I went directly to the branch waited for 45 minutes and afterwords when a lady started to take care of me,the first thing she told me is that she had only five minutes to help me because she has an appointmentIt doesn't make any sense that they had only one person working as a customer service at 3 o'clock in the afternoonAnd she was acting like she was doing me a favorThis is the worst but really the worst customer service that I ever saw in my lifeI went back today and I call from outside again nobody answer the phone then i walk in , at least 10 people were working in the bank and only one customer none of them bother to answer itSo if you need to make an appointment you need to go in wait on line , make the appointment and come back another dayIt doesn't make any sense the management should be on top of thisZero customer service

Do not go through their drive through , I'm currently here and have been here for over 30 min.. there was 1 car ahead that was there for 15 min .I could see them getting frustrated with the teller. All I had was a deposit should have been in and out so whichever lady is currently working 7/29 around noon time might not know what they're doing ...
