My windshield had a rock crack directly in my line of sight. After reading many reviews with different companies, I took my car to the location in Pensacola. Upon entering, it was like I was their only customer. I was greeted by multiple employees that immediately started working on my problem. They contacted the insurance company and stayed on the phone while the claim was started. They ordered the glass, set the appointment, replaced and calibrated cameras, etc. I cannot praise this business enough. Thank you Lloyd's.

I call about a broken glass on my truck. They were so helpful. I talked Hailey. She explained what they needed to get approval from my insurance co. I didn't have it with me, so she called did all the leg work and me scheduled for that same afternoon. I had another vehicle with a cracked windshield, she also helped my e with that . Got what was needed and was able to get me scheduled for the next day. The entire staff, people in the office and the techs in the shop were just great. Loved the experience Thank you so much

On Thursday 17 November 2022, my Bride and I were travelling to Pensacola Florida to visit our son, his wife/3 Grandsons for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we got a rock thrown into our windshield that left "spiderweb" cracks all over the glass. Our insurance company (Progressive) told us to use SAFELite Auto Glass located at 351 Creighton Rd, Ste C1, Pensacola, FL 32504. What a dissapointment! When I arrived there on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, 3 "workers" immediately came out to our van to assess the damage and they were shaking their heads. The manager conferred with them and then came over and told us that they could NOT change out the glass because there was rust around the frame holding the windshield- -they NEVER even got inside our van to examine/see if there was indeed rust. I then went and did a GOOGLE search and the next closest windshield repair shop was Lloyd's Glass- -I am so GLAD that I called them! They have a terrific employee by the name of Lori who is extremely courteous, super competent, and possesses a "can-do/will-do" attitude. She made all the arrangements to have my claim changed over from SafeLite. On Wednesday 23 November 2022, I brought in our van to Lloyd's Glass and I was immediately impressed = organized parking lot, clean & inviting lobby, and windows that allow customers to see into the bays while their vehicles were being worked on- -the opposite of the SafeLite facility we intially went to. The owner of Lloyd's personally took me back and allowed me to watch how they removed the windshield = there was NO rust at all! In less than 2 hours, our van was ready for us to pick it up. I was so grateful for Lori's positive professionalism, that I gave her a $30 StarBucks gift card which she used to treat her colleagues on Thursday 1 December 2022. The moral of this story = Do NOT waste your time and simply call Lori at 850-476-6340... your family will be GINORMOUSLY glad that you did, O0h Rah! Semper Fidelis, Michael

My 1967 El Camino needed a new windshield, finding the windshield and clips is no easy task. They found everything needed, changed the windshield at a very reasonable price and treated my car with the upmost care. I highly recommended Lloyd's services, great service with a smile, and a box of really good steaks.

Lloyd's does customer service right. Haley was an absolute gem to work with on the phone. She handled my issue promptly, worked with my insurance to get the claim reassigned to Lloyd's and had me scheduled in just two days for the work to be done at my home. Michael was my glass tech and did a great job. My rear window was completely shattered and he worked on it mostly in the rain (in my garage) to get it complete for me. He kept me informed through the process and cleaned up all the glass pieces that had been scattered about. I am so happy that I chose Lloyd's and will be keeping them on speed dial for future needs.

This past year I had the unfortunate need to have two windshield replacements done on my 2018 Mazda CX5. Each time our insurance stated that due to the array of onboard vehicle sensors on the windshield a sensor calibration would be required to ensure proper operation of these sensitive systems. Both times CCS performed these calibrations and I have had zero issues with any of those systems after the repair of my windshield. These include radar cruise control, lane departure warning/correction and a host of others. I am very happy with the service that was provided for my vehicle.

Had my windshield replaced due to a rock that hit my windshield and caused a crack on the glass. Traveling through Pensacola with 3 small children that was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Come to find out that the camera system on the front of my car for my lane departure needed to re-calibrated also after the replacement. What a good experience we had! Lloyd's was able to set everything up with my insurance and get my re-calibration all approved with zero out of pocket, they were able to do the windshield and then Correct calibrations did the re-calibration right after. With one stop we were all back on the road again. Thanks for the excellent service and taking the time to explain everything to me. Would definitely recommend very professional and friendly.

I had a windshield replaced there and it had the camera so it needed to be recalibrated and they great staff at Lloyds glass was able to do that with the new service they provided so I did not half to go all over to get it done the one stop shop
