Was in a pretty big bind with a broke down care while out of state. Tatums was responsive and and picked my car up literally at the exact time they said they would. Two days later, my car broke down again and sure enough Tatums came through for me again and picked my care up quickly and got it to a mechanic so I could get home.

Timing is good but communication sucks. Please make sure you take a picture of your vehicle when they pick it up because it may not return the same way

Had them tow my truck tonight. They where quick and priced decent.
Called 3 other places first that claimed 24hrs but didn't have anyone avaliable at 7pm.

My jeep was totaled and I was hospitalized for a broken femur and hip and when I got out this towing service told me I couldn't get my belongings out until the bill was paid after the bill was paid I went to get my stuff and I was in tears when I saw my body imprint on the back of my vehicle.... the large angry man came out and told me I was doing something sketchy and I had to leave. All of my belongings are still inside and he got his money but now I can't get my stuff. This place is ran by a bunch of ignorant lazy greedy men. They shouldn't be in business.
