I stay in line for one hour and when was my turn they talk me no passports photos because they dont wanna the manager its super rude and never look my face when I try talk just let me there talking anlone

Horrible customer service. The line is endless, and the staff is always annoying when they should be alert to the patients. The woman who helped me, who was the only person serving the public, had to ask me the same questions about my medication on several occasions. She barely wanted to talk.

I visited this CVS recently and had a very disappointing experience. I was next in line, but the cashier appeared to stop processing transactions without explanation. After a few minutes, another employee came over and instead of helping me, he rang up the couple behind me. Only then did the original cashier suddenly resume working. This made me feel intentionally ignored, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated unfairly based on how I looked.
Everyone deserves respectful and equal service, and this situation felt discriminatory. I hope CVS addresses this kind of behavior and ensures better training and accountability for its staff. Customers shouldn’t have to feel overlooked or uncomfortable while simply trying to make a purchase.

Literally the worst CVS you could ever go to if you need a pharmacy.
Drive thru is almost always closed and they don’t put up a sign so if you are waiting in a line for 30 minutes with a line of cars behind you too bad they still won’t service you and will make you go inside and wait another 30 minutes or more in a line all the way down the aisle with one cashier. This has happened multiple times.

The place is ok not very well organized but is ok, but the pharmacy attendant are always talking between them whit only one person taking care the line no matter how many people are in line that's the reason 3 Stars rating.

The worse customer service ever. If you need to visit the minute clinic don’t bother to waste your gas it’s never open. Long lines always. Pack your patients because you will be there for a while.
