I bought a couch on a Tuesday and was told to pick it up by the following Sunday. I arrived on Saturday to pick it up and the employees said my couch wasn't there, they don't know what happened, and I can't get it from another store. They refunded my card but had zero explanation as to why I couldn't get the couch that I had paid for. The staff was completely unhelpful. Every American Signature store has lost any business from me because of this. Completely unprofessional.

Your office kept me constantly informed of the status of my furniture delivery. When your personnel arrived they introduced themselves, were very courteous and professional. They put together the furniture connected the wiring and showed us how the system worked. Overall, their performance was outstanding, Thank you.

I purchased a kitchen table from Jake on Monday 1/24. Jake made our experience very comfortable. He greeted us at the front door, asked a couple questions, and let us browse and do our thing. He was nearby if we had any questions.My wife and I visited just about every furniture store in Pinallas County, and all the salespeople followed us around like glue and would not just let us be. If they did, we could feel their eyes on us. As a consumer, that’s very uncomfortable. Even some of the high-end furniture stores have a used car sales feel. I even heard one manager say, "stay with your guest" No…. Let your customers do their thing. People buy when they are comfortable.We bought from Jake because he was a refreshing change from the old school furniture store "vibe". If you’re looking for a new piece of furniture, go see Jacob!

Ordered a manual reclining sofa in 1/1/22. I was told it would be delivered on 2/2/22. I got a call saying they needed to reschedule due to it not being available. No big deal, new date was for today 2/8/22. Delivery guy shows up with the wrong furniture. I explain that to him, he tells me nothing he can do, call them and they will schedule a pick up....... odd since he's already in my apt with the "love seat" I didn't order. He quickly walks out, I call and speak with Jasime, who insists that I ordered a love seat with a center console... I explain to her what I had ordered vs what was delivered. After her calling me back multiple times the delivery guy comes back picks up the love seat and says she will call me back. She calls me back and says they can come back out next Tuesday, smirks/laughs while chewing her food on the phone and gets an attitude as if it was my fault they sent the wrong item. I get "things happen." but at least try to be a little more professional about it but then again it falls under "you get what you pay for."

Happy on how the purchase was going! Supply chain issues had us wait a long time for our furniture, however we were being kept in the loop by very courteous and understanding staff. The delivery went smooth and the furniture was as we expected.

It was a great experience and headache free to purchase our new sectional. Randy was knowledgeable and professional, and understood exactly what we were looking for. This store is not near by home. Because we like Randy so much while visiting his store, we decided to purchase our sectional from his store instead of the one by our house. Will definitely come back for our future purchases.

Even with a good breakfast and diligent hydration, we are usually ready to repurpose milk crates and call it a day after shopping for a specific furniture piece. Becky Riber has twice been a wonderful light as our research tunnel collapses - her energy, knowledge, willingness to listen and patience are invaluable! We've found excellent items for really good prices, and had a great time doing so!

Bad rate of service with the delivery dates, they try to do their work but somehow they forgot to call back when they really need it, and every time I call I gotta explain the same thing since they don't take notes, I'm not saying that all the workers do the same but I have spoke with least enough of them to know that they all did the same I also let them know everything would be easier if they just take notes of the conversation. But is crazy 4 days back after a long time and the same I explain everything all over again.

We moved to Florida after buying a house in late 2021. Furnished the house primarily through American Signature Furniture. Was a mixture of new and clearance furniture and accessories. Furniture was delivered with issues. First the delivery team did not have the proper nuts and bolts to connect the bed frames to the headboards. Certain pieces of new furniture were damaged. The clearance items had damage but we understood this. ASF agreed to send a person (fixer) to resolved the missing bed nuts and bolts. Fixer arrived but did not the correct size nuts and bolts, plus did not have the appropriate tools even if he had the correct nuts and bolts. Sent replacement side boards and front board (drawer) for the king size bed frame. Color did not match the headboard color which was not damaged. Promised to send a new transformer which did not work for one of our reclining couches. Did not send. A number of the wooden chairs wobbled and were not adjusted. We took bolts from chairs and tried to connect bed frame to headboards, but these are too long (see attached pictures for samples). Since we purchased both new and clearance items, ASF agreed to send the fixer to correct both new and clearance items because we spent a sizable sum to purchased everything. ASF would not send the fixer a second time even though he could not fix anything on his first visit. We were left high and dry trying to fix what we can ourselves.

I would not recommend shopping here. We bought many things from them all very cheaply made. We bought the extra warranty because the sales person assured us that if anything happened to it it could be replaced. More specific with the couch he even said you could take a knife to it, cut it, and it would be fixed or replaced. Not long after purchasing both arm rests caved in, one of the seats wood caved in, the very flimsy lining under the cushions ripped on each and every one and the leather tore on one of the seats that were hardly ever used. When we submitted a claim with the warranty company they told us that none of these were covered. Your telling me not even 2 years into a 5 year warranty almost every problem you could dream of happened and not one of those things were covered? We were specifically told by their sales person the things that were covered including rips. Also the coating on the “wood” coffee table starting flaking away after only a few months. Don’t waste your money here and please don’t bother with their fake warranties.

The friendly sales consultants greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were able to freely browse around, without being hassled, and just when we needed assistance there was a person available to help us. Our consultant was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.There is a lovely selection of furniture on the floor and we found exactly what we were looking for. The prices are low, but the quality is really good and the styles are excellent. I didn’t see any top brands (Baker, Century, etc.,) but I didn’t want to pay five times the price either, so this didn’t bother me.Overall we had a successful day and ended up purchasing five pieces of furniture. They look beautiful in our home and the sofa is extremely comfortable.

Avoid!! Absolutely horrible quality furniture and they "do not" stand behind their product. I purchased a sofa and within 5 months the fabric began to fail. The threads of the fabric are fraying and breaking on the piping and the cushions are pilling well beyond normal. I did the extended warranty, that does not go in to effect until the manufacturer warranty lapses.

Terrible customer service and terrible products. The tV stand I bought looked great in the showroom, but when it arrived it was poorly put together. They approved my return but I had to take the furniture back myself. (Not sure how I was going to bring back a giant TV stand) I also had to pay 15% restocking fee. I had to pay delivery back to the store and 15% of the price for defective furniture. Very disappointed.

Have bought a lot of furniture from American Signature and have always been pleased with furniture. Delivery has always been great. Would recommend this store.
