Sold me a lemon of a van. Got it in October, I've driven it maybe 5 times and it won't crank now. Second time I cranked the van it started throwing a bunch of codes.

I don’t recommend buying their used vans. They come with a lot of problems. I bought 2 vans from them and and they just full of problems.

Loved this dealership. Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to let us look at everything we were interested in. NO pressure. Good assortment of vans andprice ranges. Although we didn't buy there, if we were closer (we live in Melbourne) we might have. It was our #1 choice as it had everything we wanted except a transfer seat. The #2 choice was similar but the transfer seat won out over heated seats along with being 100 miles closer if we had issues. If you are on the west coast of Florida, make sure to consider them.

I wanted to take my wheelchair bound mother on a trip outside of Pinellas County. In order to do this we had to rent a wheel capable vehicle since my mother cannot transfer. I called all the wheelchair rentals places near me. The rental amounts I was provide by each place were outrageous for a one day rental and let say the companies were simply business driven and not all accommodating. The last on my list was Triple Mobility. Since every place I called was about the same

AWESOME experience with Triple S Mobility. Great communication & extremely helpful! Rates were very reasonable as well! Will DEFINITELY use them for a handicap accessible rental again!

I was looking to sell my father's mobility Van, after he passed away this past May. I spoke with Shawn, who initially was very professional and accommodating. I was dealing with a company prior to Triple S, and when he didn't show up as scheduled I decided to change buyers (but that's another story). Shawn assured me that he would do his best to make sure his company took care of us. He was a Vietnam Vet and His father was a WW11 Vet as my father was. I felt as though as soon as contract was signed, he turned into a rude, uncooperative and condescending person. Informing me that I promised to include an extended warranty, (when those aren't transferable, and never made that promise). Each time I requested something he just said "you are not listening to what I am saying" over and over. Also saying (after he had procession of the Van, but hadn't completed the inspection), that if I didn't do everything he requested then "the deal is off". After multiple threats, I said "yes the deal is off" My brother drove and got the Van from the dealership.If you want to be treated with dignity, respect and get a fair deal, DO NOT DEAL WITH SHAWN!

So I buy this van for my dad to get around town. 6 days later my dad dies. The van was never touched ever since they delivered it. I call them to return the van. Apparently the van lost 6 grand in 6 days. They were so eager to help me and take my money. They don't even have the van listed on the website. Cause if it doesn't sell in one month they give me less money for it. Huh. Crazy
