I never leave reviews for anything, but I have to for this place. 've now been here twice- both times were emergency scenarios. Not only has Broadway New & Used Tires taken care of my needs both times in a flash, but they've always been insanely sweet and understanding every single time. They're no BS and handle their business incredibly well. Everyone should bring their vehicles here. Love love love Charles and the rest of the team!! Thank you all so much always!!!

After stopping at a well know tire shop and being told they couldn’t repair my tire! I needed to buy a new one! I prayed & drove the hour to my appointment in Wesley Chapel. Once I left & put more air in my tire - I googled used tire shops- Broadway Tire popped up- I called & a very pleasant lady answered, I explained about my tire and she said to come in and see if they could fix it!!! & to be careful driving! I arrived safely & Charlie spoke and said he would be with me, when he finished w/ customer. Very pleasant & respectful! He was able to patch 2 tires that were losing air!!! I wish I could give them10*! Courtesy & honesty 2 traits you don’t find nowadays! Very affordable!!! Renews this 65 year old faith in humanity! Thank-you! Your shop will be taking care of all my Charger tires!!! God Bless!

We've been using Broadway tires in Plant City for years. Charlie is always respectful and a hard working gentleman. He seems to pride himself on doing a good job. Thank you again Charlie/Broadway tires for taking care of our tire needs.

I showed up to this location this afternoon at 4:15. The man who runs the location yelled at me before I got out of my car told me how he wasn’t going to get to my vehicle today and how there’s just not enough time in the day, without even asking me how I’m doing or what did I need? Talk about horrible customer service. I have been to the main location of this company off of Broadway and that is not how they run their business. I understand it’s late in the day, but I need one tire changed, I would’ve tipped that man well if he would’ve taken the time to do it. Here’s a tip, You don’t know who your customers are when you’re turning them away. And I will no longer be a customer at this location and I will no longer refer business to your location. I will go to the main location for now on.

Not sure if the big bald guy was just having a bad day, but I pulled in, He was working on another car, I asked a simple question about pricing and I immediately received an attitude ! He don’t even turn to look my way,when he gave me the attitude with the answer. I asked if he has some time today, and he rudely pointed at what he was doing and said yeah as soon as I’m done here. he didn’t turn around to look at me once. I saw the Attitude on his face as I pulled in and I don’t know if it was my appearance (I’m Hispanic and part of the LGBTQ community) but his disregard for my presence , and lack of customer service will definitely keep me away from coming to my own communities tire shop. Not sure what his deal was but very unprofessional. I don’t care if you’re the owner it’s unprofessional. I went last time with a person who was not Hispanic and I received way better service from the same person. Unbelievable. Hope you have the day you deserve, rude sir

Had a zero turn mower the the front tire went flat and broke the bead. It is a small tire went there and they had a tube and fixed it quick.
