Overdue review on our recent experience at this location. Jared deserves to have a great day everyday. He was very patient with my husband and I. I really wish he worked everywhere else - life would be easier.

Went in 5 minutes early for our appointment and was asked by the Bulldog upfront, Kimberly Perkins, what we were there for. I told her we had an appointment and she asked if we had our documents and my wife advised her we had some electronically if that was okay, to which she said “you have to have them.” In a very condescending tone. Not offering a solution or explanation, I asked to speak to the person who would actually be doing my taxes and she refused until i had my documents. I asked if they could be emailed and she slammed the business card for the tax preparer on the counter.
The aggressive and unprofessional behavior was enough that I had to leave, as I didn’t want to do business there anymore.
Her behavior even sparked the attention of another customer who was waiting who told her she didn’t have to be rude and also left.
Her bad attitude cost their company and 3 commission based employees their customers. Do better.

I walked out before my appointment even started. Kimberly Perkins was very rude from the start. I let her know I had an apt and she asked me where my documents were. I told her I had them and she said very rudely “ok where are they?” I was very nice and I let her know I couldn’t log into my online acct and asked if I could email some documents, but I had the others. She stared at me and said “you have to have them”. I told her I had them but there was 2 needing to be done electronically. I asked her if I could speak to someone else because her attitude was not very nice, and she told me not untill I emailed the documents to her. I asked her why she was acting aggressive and told her I will just go somewhere else. I asked her what her name was when I was leaving she pointed at her name tag and said “can you not see my name tag”. This employee is causing you to loose business, looking at the previous reviews, it was not just a bad day. She’s done this before. Hold your employees accountable.

Jared helped me get $2000 I didn't know I didn't even know I could have! It's clear he loves what he does. As a business owner, I appreciate that. He turned this frown upside down! Any business owner in the Plant City area could use his help.

Kimberly needs to learn how to speak not only to customers, but to her fellow associates as well. Very unprofessional and rude with my boyfriend and the sweet lady who ACTUALLY helped him.

Extremely disappointed with this and all HR Block as a whole. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and this year they dropped the ball.
I paid almost 400 to have them file my return and have YET to receive my tax return. No one claims they can help me. Instead I am on a wild goose chase hoping that someone from the iRs returns my call. By late August. What a messed up system we live in!

Had appt at 4. They called to reschedule to 5. We show up 10 min early. Told she was with a client. We left approx 5:15 after being offered to reschedule again. No thanks. We went somewhere else. No consideration for people's time or wasting of gas.

I made an appointment for 11:15 am for tax preparation. They have several options to choose from, and I chose the 15 minute sit down to review the documents and then leave while they did the work. I arrived at 11:10 for my appointment, sat there until 11:30, then walked out. If I wanted to meet after 11:30, I would have made the appointment as such. While waiting 20 minutes, another customer with an 11:30 appointment came in, and they didn't even have a record of his appointment.

My wife and I went into H & R Block and there was no wait time, our tax rep Jared exceeded our expectations and was overall professional and personable!! We had 2021 and 2022 taxes we needed to do and he explained and got us from owning like $3k to IRS to like $800, Thank-you Jared!
