I was really surprised to see these reviews, it’s insane to me how little people care about our essential workers. Ive gone to this lab twice in the last few months with my grandma and each time the nurse Monica is BY HERSELF and clearly doing her best to remain attentive and kind to her patients. My grandma genuinely loves going to her even tho the Plant City office isn’t the closest one to us, she insists. I’ve experienced the wait times that these people are mentioning and not once have I wanted to blame the nurse. These people should be ashamed of themselves!!

This is a terrible lab. Kiosk for appointments don’t work and I actually think the people that work here don’t want to work. I knocked on door and nurse told me to come back after one but then there were no available appointments today… or for the next week. They take a one hour lunch break and only work til 3:00… if I could give a zero I would.

I am constantly having to do blood draws for several specialists. With that said, I’ve gone to many labs in the area including Quest, LabCorp and private labs. This Labcorb is Simply the most convenient, timely, pleasant lab you can use. The staff here is amazing. I have never waited, and the girls here are super sweet and more importantly, professional! I hope this LabCorp continues to offer such awesome service. Positively the best LabCorp in Tampa!
UPDATE: I’m still going to this Location. Monica is amazing and super sweet. Unfortunately, they only have her there lately as i’m told from Walgreens, and this is not fair to her or the patients who have been going here for a few years. One phlebotomist in a labcorp is not enough. This is 100% overworking your employee and makes the wait much longer. Corporate Labcorp needs to fix this and get more Phlebotomists in there. Monica deserves a big raise!!!! You would be lost without her.

Monica, I believe her name was.
She was super nice and helpful even though I ended up having to go to another location as plant city didnt have a certain vial they needed for my daughters labs. She pointed me to the location and employee that had what was needed for the labs.
After a terrible experience in Lakeland, her customer service helped make up for it.

Allows you to make appointments from 12:00,12:15, 12:30, 12:45. You get there and people with these appointments are standing around. They are closed for lunch. Does not indicate closed for lunch. Allowed me to make appointment. I get there. Sign says closed for maintenance. No indication when they will be open again, but let's you continue to make appointments for the next week. LabCorp you can do better for the public. A little more info. would help. People count on lab work at a certain time and are being let down. People can't go in person to see if you are closed or opened to make appointments. Also does say closed on Mondays, but allows you to make appointments on Monday.

Twice now I have gone into LabCorp for blood work. The first visit was by appointment and I waited no longer than 15 minutes. In and out in under 20. The nurse was very nice and everyone seemed friendly. The second time I could only schedule an appointment for 1:30 pm. With the visit requiring fasting beforehand, an afternoon appointment was sure to be a problem. So, I went in unannounced at 7:30 am. Once again, my wait time was under 15 minutes, I was back in my car in less than, and the staff were great!

After waiting for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment I left. I will never give labcorp money again.

Not only were they ridiculously busy each time I went in with an appointment but they lost all of my information and I had to redo all of my labs. I have been waiting for my doctor's appointment to go over these which were important,and now I can't get into my doctor for another month. Thanks a lot labcorb

The lady back there so rude she told me come other day because I knocking the door to ask why there are many people waiting if is an problem she told me I can’t attend you come another day, I am frustrated because nobody can help

I had a terrible experience at labcorp at this location. I have scheduled an appointment for my baby to not wait in line. I have arrived 5 minutes earlier, checked in and waited and waited.... nobody called me, 15 minutes later A woman came outside and let someone else in, I told her that my appointment is supposed to start 10 minutes ago. Another 20 minutes passed, she called me. She was very rude when I asked which one of my baby's hand to prepare, she said she doesn't know, she has to check, I pulled up both sleeves. She did NOT CHANGE THE GLOVES, but before my baby she had another patient and she was touching everything. She also did NOT APPLY DISINFECTANT and put the niddle inside my baby's hand, Insted of checking the hand as she told me, she just injected the niddle. I am shocked what kind of employees labcorp choosing. Never again!!!

During my visit today for blood test, I noticed a concerning lack of hygiene at this location. There was only one technician who seemed overwhelmed with work. Unfortunately, she didn't replace her gloves between patients and omitted crucial steps like using alcohol wipes. This negligence raises serious health concerns, and I urge caution when considering this facility. Such lapses in practice could potentially lead to injuries or the transmission of diseases.
