I showed a picture of the nails I wanted and my nails came out absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! My nails did not match the picture at all different color different shape different design. They don't even know how to do it properly. They need to train more and have ALL the supplies and be more organize.

I go to ms. Tina she’s pretty good only thing I dnt like is that if u get diamonds are anything they will NOT last so it’s honestly a waste but overall nice place customer service is great it’s my go to for now

I’ve been to this nail salon twice. The first time I went, they weren’t the best but were better than the salon next to Publix across the street.I went 2 days ago, and the lady doing my nails was pretty rough. I got cut a couple of times in the filing process and when she removed my ingrown toe nail she was yanking on it because she couldn’t get the bottom part removed. I now have an infection on that toe, plant City nail salons have been bad at either one I’ve gone to. Wouldn’t recommend.Service: Pedicures

Nice professional well experienced nail technician, she did a great job on my Pink & White nails and did them exactly how i wanted (with lots of white) she listened to my wants and delivered, great job Anna... and the Orange Sugar Scrub pedicure was very nice, hot towel, nice massage all included. Very clean salon following all the CDC guidelines. Also they have covid 19 barbacide certification, which means they took the sanitation classes.

I usually don't do this about places but this time I was just really aggravated. I've been here many times and had good service but the last three times I've had a new guy. The first time I had a nail pop off so I went back got it put back on and the new guy made it crooked. I asked if he could fix it and he said he couldn't because he had already filed it down. So I just let it go. The 2nd time I went my painting, the actually acrylic on the edges weren't filed down all the way and they were very thick . Now this time I had it. I went in for a full set. Got the nail tech that's done my nails forever. Until someone walked in wanting dip powder. I got switched to the new guy yet again. I wasn't very happy. He had asked me how long I wanted them. I said kinda long or short tho. I also told him I wanted them square, long and not thick on the sides. I don't know if he misunderstood what I said but that's not what I got. Both hands aren't even, the nails aren't Square, my pointer and middle finger are both also crooked. I asked him three times to even it out and he didn't. Not to mention kept hitting my cuticles with the machine file. I will not be going back and spending my money. Not happy at all with my experience!!
