Went and filled up at the racetrack on sixty in plant city not sure if there was a skimmer or not but as soon as I checked my account later I had a few charges that I didn’t authorize try to call to let them know and the lady on duty was very rude just don’t want it to happen to the next person

This is by far the worst RaceTrac in the area. 9 times out of 10 there is a line to the door. Meanwhile the manager sits at her computer ignoring the huge line and another employee is chatting g up the beverage guy. Suddenly the food is hit or miss.

The evening cashier Beverly needs to work on her customer service skills. She's extremely rude and obviously can't handle being busy so she takes it out on customers. I will avoid having to go there on her shift. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bathrooms are closed…they have 2 large port-a potties and wash station outside. One is full to the top and crap sprayed all over the floor, seat and wall. The 2nd one is pad locked! Way to go management

No bathrooms available for custumers...apparently it's been like this for months. My son had to use the bathroom and saw an employee go into the bathroom but was told he could not use it and there were portables for him outside. Then one of the 2 portables was locked and the only one available was disgusting. I wish I had known and would not have paid for gas there. Race track is known for good bathrooms and I go out of my way to get gas there because of it. I hope this location gets up to the Race track standard soon.

Horrible, apparently both bathrooms were “out of order”. If so maybe OSHA should get involved as employees have no place to use the restroom.

Cashiers need to learn to leave politics for when there not at work with a bunch of people on the store calling people sick for having different views than them. I don’t care your views on politics and dang sure don’t wanna be giving my money to people that’s calling me sick because I have a different view of the world than they have.

Why are yall constantly closed? It’s 11pm on a Friday night. I saw no less than 10 cars pull in 5 minutes and have to leave because y’all decided to close down early. Yall are losing money…
At least stop advertising 24 hours.
